I've been with AT&T a long time and have visited this store many times, I guess I just have never checked in here. We went to upgrade our old iPhones. We had an appointment and got waited on right away. The staff person was really nice and in fact talked us out of getting new phones! He said Apple was about to announce new phones in a couple of weeks, which usually meant some kind of pricing deals, so he suggested that we wait if our old phones were still working reasonably well. We thanked him and left. That is great service! A word of warning, it's hard to get to the place because of the road barriers. You cannot turn left off of Sagamore. You have to turn onto Teal and turn right, and come around the back of the mattress store. read more

I am incredibly frustrated by sales people who just stare and blink at you. It was like herding cats trying to get any information out of these people. I walked in and stated why I was there and what I wanted to see. I was just stared at and eventually had to say, well, are you going to show me the phone? After that, okay, now can you pull up my account? I would rather have someone over sell something than put zero effort in trying to make me a customer. I was told "that's not the way it works", when indeed, being that I did my research, I was correct. The woman I spoke to basically talked me out of switching to a Samsung model and upgrading at all. With a mix of decent, presentable associates and others who are unprofessional and rude, your experience will be hit or miss. Most recently, I was greeted by a "salesperson" dressed as though they just left a cold, wintery football game - wearing a full winter jacket and winter hat. While we talked, she chewed gum with her mouth open and sang along with the background music instead of focusing on the customer. What should have been a quick, easy sale ended with me simply standing up and walking out. Don't waste your time coming to this store, you're better off calling the AT&T customer service number and speaking to more knowledgeable people that way. read more

1 review 46 minutes ago First of all I don't recall ever writing a bad review. I have not used this business for years since I had a very old iPhone which I also purchased from this store. I hadn't been back in the store since that purchase. On January 30 I purchased a new iPhone 11, only because my old one stopped doing a variety of functions. From day one I had intermittent trouble with the phone; not being able to hear rings, hear voice mails, or others hearing my voice mail message. My first encounter was with Austin. I purchased the phone from him. The store was not busy, yet Austin seemed aloof and preoccupied. He even told me to drive across the street to McDonalds to use their WiFi to back up my phone. It took me longer to drive to McDonald's than to do the back up. He also had me pay for more storage before the backup. When I returned he said he guessed I didn't need the additional storage after all($1/month). He did not seem to want to do any more then sell the phone and get me out of the store. I dealt with Adam a few days later. I can only say good things about Adam. He was patient, knowledgeable and more than willing to help. We thought he had fixed the problem, but unfortunately had not. My next associate, Bradley, was the absolute worst. He was not friendly from the onset. He took me to the counter where he was on a high stool with his blue surgical gloves looking down on me in a little chair. There was a speaker close by and I asked if he could turn it down a little. He said nothing but with such force turned it completely off knocking the speaker down. I tried to tell him what I had experienced the last few days and his response was just tell me the bottom line. I told him I just wanted him to listen to what I had been going through. His response was with the Apple case numbers you have; you have had plenty of people listening to you. Now keep in mind I was the ONLY costumer in the store. I asked to speak to his manager and his response was I should not speak to him like that and that I was being aggressive. I told him every store allows one to speak to a manager. I finally broke down into tears where James, the manager, took over. He was wonderful and was good at defusing this situation. I cannot think him enough for intervening. Bradley continued to work on my phone but never addressed me again. I know without a question of doubt that Austin and Bradley would have never spoken to my husband like they spoke to me. After, 8 days I was finally given a new phone without the $50+ restocking fee and it is working great. I have only great things to say about Apple and ATT support. Without their backing I do not think I would have faired so well. The Geek Squad at Best Buy's was also wonderful. read more

Me and my wife decided to buy two new Galaxy 8 plus phones. Plus we went ahead and did the two year contract. Our sales rep seemed like he really knew his stuff told us our bill for unlimited data would only be $170.00 A month, remember were buying our phones as well. Well it's been 3 months now and I've not seen one bill for less than $200.00 how great I know!!! We called every one we can call and it's useless so please beware they will straight lie to you at this store because once the contract is signed your screwed. I could've took the phones back but we traded In our phones and we couldn't get those back if I did. When this 2 years is up I won't be going back there. read more

I had excellent service from krissy she and others where super nice and very knowledgeable about everything that I wanted and need I highly recommend this store to all that want good deals Iv been to authorized retailers in the past that just told me what I wanted to here so they could get a sale not here thanks to these guys Iv got my iPhone 7+ apple 2 watch and new iPad Pro thanks for everything just to specify this one is next to marks mattress not in mall this one and one on west side are only to corporate stores the rest are all authorized retailers those ones will all lie to you beware!!! read more

Very rude, uninterested in helping. I was there because I needed help with turning off my deceased brother's account. The salespeople had no interest whatsoever in helping. They just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible, seeing as how they weren't going to get a commission for helping. Eric & Tyler were both rude and refused to help. When I returned later with the customer service on the phone to explain what they needed to do, they lied about our earlier interaction to my face. The lady on the phone was from AT&T customer service spoke to Eric and commented to me afterwards about how rude he was. He told her that he didn't have time to deal with her. Entire experience was horrible. It ended up taking 4 hours over two days, 3 trips to this place and 3 phone calls to customer service to finally get my brother's account closed. read more

My experience here was mixed, so I will describe the good first. The atmosphere and customer service, from an attentiveness standpoint, were both great. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, asked what I was there to do, and checked in so that my name would be in line. I don't mind waiting if others got there before me and I believe their system is great as far as checking in immediately and helping each customer individually as they come up next on the list, but the negative part of my experience is that my question could have been answered by the person checking me in but she refused to help. Something should be done to make sure customers get immediate service for a simple question rather than waiting 20 minutes to have their question answered in under 2 minutes, which is what happened to me. read more

I love going to this AT&T kiosk at the Tippecanoe mall. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. When you approach the kiosk, even if they are with another customer, they acknowledge you and tell you they will be with you as soon as possible. I added the "hotspot" feature to my plan- LOVE IT! I have internet for my laptop anywhere I have cell phone service. One of the best things I spend my money on. Doing my job more efficiently and effectively by being able to show my clients real estate information anywhere and everywhere!! I send everyone I know to this AT&T store. read more

Long waits and rude employees - the guy waiting on me may have been new as he didn't know anything. The person he asked for help was put off and inconvenienced by having to help him, wanted to get back to the conversation they were having with other employees. The address for this ATT Store in actually across from Tippecanoe Mall and Not in the mall as other reviews have posted. Sounds like I need to try the mall ATT Store because the one at this address is a waste of time. If you have to make a purchase then no problem as long as it is about the sale and it benefits ATT. If your having trouble with any product or service they are not the least bit interested in helping unless they are going to make some money in the deal. read more

Beware, dishonest, unethical, and unwilling to help. Daughter's iPhone died and was under AppleCare warranty. She went to this store, and instead of salesman telling her that they don't deal with AppleCare warranties, he charged her $150 to transfer my upgrade eligibility to her phone and the price of a new upgraded phone ($749) and sent her on her way. She did not understand that he had not warrantied the phone or that ATT doesn't deal with AppleCare warranties because he did not tell her this, rather he dishonestly sold her a phone and sent her on her way. The store has since sent the old phone away, we have no way to use our AppleCare which would have cost nothing. The manager was unhelpful, unwilling to make the situation right, supporting his unscrupulous, unethical and dishonest salesman who clearly took advantage of a freshman. I hope the $900 sale and the commission was worth the price of a customer and of this review.. read more

I would have not even given it one star if I could! Employees are RUDE!! Not helpful at all. Nor do they care about their customers! I came in today to switch my new iPhone 7 for a different color. The women that was helping us was okay. I had purchased a screen protector, the tempered glass Invisible Shield $44) I had the lady put it on for me, after she is the one that picked which one I should buy and told how protective it would be. Not even 15 minutes later I get home, reach into my back to grab my phone and the entire bottom half is all cracked!! I call the AT&T store and tell them what happened. The man I spoke with was extremely rude, told me they don't replace things like that. That it was my fault and there's nothing they can do. So in 15 minutes I was out $44 and a screen protector. It was their recommendation, I feel as though they could have been more helpful and definitely not rude. read more
