I don't know much about glasses, but he loved them. Reminded me of the 80's. :). The employees on both occasions were very friendly and helpful. I will always return to this one, as they have a great variety of name brand sunglasses, and they are very attentive and know what looks good! The store was very neat and organized. I will never forget the way they made me feel…read more Honestly was not going to spread negativity, but I was recalling this story to a friend and just can not believe how they handled the situation. I bought an almost $400 pair of Gucci sunglasses for my birthday. Two weeks later, they suffered a small drop as my husband knocked them out of my hand. When I picked them up, the entire outside frame was cracked. I've had tons of sunglasses and never ever experienced this. And I appreciate my stuff so much and take such good care of it that it broke my heart. I called Gucci with no luck. Called sunglass hut customer service with no luck. Went in to this location and explained the story, just in awe of how they could've broken so easily. The woman manager showed no sympathy and told me it was my fault and I should've purchased the protection program. Walked out with my same broken sunglasses and felt terrible. This story does have a happy ending though. After a couple weeks, I decided to reach out to the Hamilton town center store and the manager there was amazing. She told me the sunglasses should not have done that and sounded defective and replaced them. Listen, I get that it was technically my fault. But I now have had the new ones for a while, and they have never been sensitive or broken that easily. I'm really thankful that it worked out, but appalled at their customer service. Especially on $400 sunglasses. Will never ever visit that location again.
