I used to come here because it was affordable and they did a great job replacing my phone screen. I…read moregot my phone screen replaced a few months ago and not only has the price increased but they didn't properly fix my phone screen. The top right edge of the screen didn't seem properly aligned but everything was working fine (and I made the mistake of saying I didn't need my receipt) so I left it as is. Over the past months the screen has just come undone from the phone entirely. The camera is fuzzy, Face ID no longer works, and the screen will often stop responding to touch. If you have the money for it get your screen replaced by apple directly, it might cost a bit more but at least you can be certain the screen works and you will be able to trade your phone in at a later time for a discount. Apple won't take any old phones unless it has a "certified apple" screen.

They used a buddy at their Verizon wireless store inside humble to make the purchases. So Verizon has a ring of dishonest employees. Filing charges with police department first thing in the morning. Then went for help and explanation and the manager told me there was nothing that this store can do. Fraud department told me this store did not handle this issue appropriately.
