When customer service was giving me the runaround for weeks, he got on the phone with them and made sure that I get what I need to return this device. Verizon definitely gave me the runaround. I called CS a few weeks ago to have a watch I didn't know I was being charged for to have it taken off my acct and to have them reimburse me. I informed him that watch is still showing as active on my acct. Mike took the time to call CS again to have it removed. We got on to the purchase of my iPad. I told him I wanted to purchase it outright. He told me I needed to have at least $10 unpaid. He told me the activation fee, the taxes, etc. Cool. When it was time to pay, he told me the balance of $87. I told him that I wanted to pay a lot of the balance off. I know he was annoyed that he had to go all the way back in, cancel the order and re-enter it in. Which, we both were annoyed, because I told him that from the beginning I wanted to pay more than 1/2 the balance off. Either way, he still provided a good service.
