    Leif M....... February 16, 2020, you are a Piece of shit dirty liar! All you guys do is offer this and that to make An extra couple hundred dollars and don't Give a SHIT about anything else. Thank you for the "upgraded" plan that put us in a hole. Good thing we didn't fall for the 2 new phones trick cause then out bill would probably be $200 more than what you already cost us. Thank you so much for the shit customer service..... now I have to figure out how to take care of this extra $100 you racked on our bill ass hole liar. We're the military couple that you assisted to purchase the iPad 11 pro so my husband can better his career and do his school work. We were in hot springs on leave visiting family when you decided to screw us. You also rang up the wrong keyboard for the iPad so I guess you just don't know what you're doing except when it comes to screwing good people over. I hope y'all are proud of what y'all do to people.

    Buyer Beware - My Frustrating Experience with AT&T First, I…read morewant to be clear--I don't blame the associate who helped me in the store or any of the associates I communicated with. My frustration lies squarely with AT&T's policies and how the company handles customer issues. I just moved to Hot Springs Village from Austin Texas I recently went to an AT&T store to transfer my two phone lines from another wireless provider. My provide did not have very good coverage in HSV. The process took 3.5 hours, but I figured it would be worth it. However, once I got home and went online to set up autopay, I discovered something alarming: the customer service rep had somehow set up three lines instead of two. I started a live chat to get it corrected. After about 30 minutes. He CSR AKA sells man tried to convince me I should keep the extra line with you only be a little extra a month. I explained I don't need one. He told me to give it to a friend or family, keep it just in case. I explained I don't have another phone, but you know he was willing to sell me one. But I would not be able to transfer without extreme cost for three years. From there I was told I needed to contact the fraud department. I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with them, only to be told I needed to return to the store where I made the original transaction. So, I went back to the store--adding another 30 minutes, not including travel time. Once there, I was told I had to call the customer service department. The young man did let me know 'the district manager is in the back, I can get him, but he will tell you the same thing'. What a wasted morning, After 45 more minutes on the phone with the Customer Service Department (who acted more like a telemarketer than Customer support agent), they tried to convince me to keep the extra line, saying it might be useful for a friend or family member, or that I could just keep it "in case." Eventually, I gave in and agreed to pay the activation fee if they would just cancel the unnecessary line. What's even more frustrating is that they kept insisting I was responsible for the SIM card activation fee--but no one could tell me where that SIM card even was. These reps seemed more focused on upselling me phones, lines, and financing options than resolving my issue. They pushed things like helping a friend pay for a phone, keeping an extra line "just in case," or financing a phone for three years--convenient for AT&T, but not for the customer, especially if you ever try to leave ATT. Bottom line: Took approx. 5 hours, two trips, Tylenol, and an unhealthy amount of stress during an already stressful time. AT&T may be the top provider in my new area, but they make you pay for that "privilege." If you choose them, proceed with caution.

    This occurred on April 30th, 2018......I have never been in this store in my life...... I never…read moreheard of NEW WAVE before the 30th..... I could not charge my cellphone & I was down to 19% charge....I went into this store & was greeted by 3 employees.... 1 of them was CALEB, the regional supervisor......He oversees all the New Wave stores in the entire region....He was the 1 that took care of me.. I flet fortunate to have run into the regional manager on the day I went into this store.....He is usually in one of the other New Wave Stores.. He told me that my make of phone, which is POSH, breaks down alot......He said it was very difficult to get replacement parts.....He suggested that I buy 1 of his BLEU model phones....He said i needed a new cellphone port..When i asked him to verify this, he ran a test with my phone in the back......He said the phone was history...... I told him that i might be able to get a used POSH cellphone port online......He reluctantly said I could try......CALEB said he would charge me $50 for the repair, after i buy the part.... He said the cellphone port was shot...... I knew something wasn't right......I left the store & went to 3 other cellphone repair shops in Hot Springs... Dear readers, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my cellphone.......It just needed a new adapter wire..... I paid $10 at Walmart for a new adapter & cord & charged my phone.. You should also know that CALEB only ran 1 test on my "broken" cellphone.........And he only did so when i suggested that he verify.....He was trying to sell me one of his BLEU models as soon as I walked into the door.!.. And the store manager & Mexican repairman standing next to him said nothing & just watched all this take place.... BTW, BLEU is a very poorly rated make of phone.......My POSH has much more favorable reviews than BLEU, on Amazon.com & throughout the internet......

The Manager kept suggesting it to me and kept suggesting it and finally i had to tell him look i need to go run a few places an let me think about it.. Well I went and done my running around and came back up to the store and went to pick up the phone... And After He begged me an begged me to get it he had to charge the phone an update it. Well after i paid him the down payment he finally tells me that i will have to come back up to the store tomorrow and get the screen replaced, well the next day i came up there to get the screen replaced and when i got done there i headed home, when i got half way home i went to make a call and the speakers was not allowing me to make any calls, so i called him when i came home and told him look this phone has screen replaced in it and now the earspeaker is not working in the phone, well its Friday and now he said that after making 5 trips up there that i will have to wait until Tuesday to get the speaker fixed. Be In Mind that this is 3 days without a phone, well i wait all the way until Tuesday, he fix the speaker when i got there and tested the phone out and worked ok well i left to go home and then noticed the samething happens again, i call an tell him so he tells me to bring it back up to the next day, well i do an he decides to tell me at the last min that hes got an iphone xr for me brand new, and still was going to fix the speaker on this 7 an get the iphone xr ready had to bring up an iphone 6s to trade for it. Well He took so long getting the phone ready like 3 hours and so i lett the store, when home and relax cause the next day i was going to go get mins for it well i went to walmart and get mins and get ready to put them on and discovered that the phone was being block from my network provider, called them and they told me the iphone xr was reported stolen so i called up tried to get ahold of the guy and he wasn't answeing the phone all the way up to today around 11:30 an called back.. Be in Mind i have not had a working phone for a stright 7 days, No way to make money cause of not having working phone, and no reported it stolen and locked my att account up. I would not suggest anybody to go up there hes trying to hurry up and get you out of the store, hes need help to be able to assist his customers, Poor customer services ive had in like 18 years, still today no phone to work i would give it a bad rating and a one star
