They went ahead and did an emergency operation on my son's phone and the procedure went perfectly. They did a beautiful job and his phone is all better now! It's usable, and the screen is brand new! Got my insurance to repair since it cracked again within a month of having it repair. The repair tech from my insurance, said that it wasn't seated correctly, they did not put any new adhesive on the phone and that the plates in the phone were not properly put back making the back bulge. With additional screws missing. Due note that I paid $150 for the repair just for it to break again. Business wise, they told me they would have it done and I showed up on the day they gave and it wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional day. Not doing business again here.

So I was little upset and heated because of the excessive amount of money I spend monthly with AT&T. My first encounter was with a gentleman name Najae(misspelled) He was awful and did not offer any solutions or help at all which frustrated me even more. All he could do was direct me to call customer service and I was in store(CRAZY) I'm extremely heated & about to blow b/c I spend $500+ a month and you're going to direct me to call someone else (not having it). Asked to speak to manager which never showed face; however Angela saved the day she was calm assuring and understanding. She understood my frustrations and wanted to help me in anyway she could. She took time to review my bill and try to get me to understand and when I still did not she called customer service for help. She never shifted the blame she took accountability and help. I did not buy one thing from Angela and she never made me feel like she was a pushy sales person. She understands all customers are needed to keep the doors open. I am grateful for her time and patience she saved me from walking out the door and taking my business else where. The initial quote was about $34 less than I had paid at the other shop. My phone was ready when promised and the repair was excellent. The screen actually appeared brighter and clearer than it was after the previous repair. I don't pretend to have all of the technical knowledge to understand the process involved, but this place seems to excel at what they do. Kudos.
