For mens apparel I saw prices between $50- 90 name brands I recognize Fila, Vans, Adidas. The sign posted was buy one full price get 2nd 50% off so that's not bad. My wife found the store to have plenty of deals on her shoe needs, she bought 3 pairs marked down. The store was clean, there were 3 employees working enough to cover all our questions. Marked down woman's shoes, name price mens, return visit upcoming.

Called the 800 number and was told they could return them but could not guarantee they would get here by Christmas. They did offer a discount that would be given when I return them at the store since it was a two hour round trip, and a mistake on their part for ordering the wrong shoes. Got there, and Kiara Thompson told me that since I didn't get the name of the person on the phone, she couldn't offer me anything. Wow. Think about that, they ordered the wrong shoes and could offer nothing for the mistake. 2 hours extra of my time, gas money, and now the shoes can't make it by Christmas. Please, please go anywhere else to buy shoes.

Only about half the registers were open on a busy Saturday afternoon during college move-in weekend. The staff were friendly, but some of the other folks in line were grumpy. I felt like the inventory for clothes and accessories was pretty good here, but the home area was lacking a bit. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but I always seem to find something I "need" in these stores. They had a pretty good selection of Halloween items out, even in August, so if you're into spooky season, stop in! Traffic can be heavier at this shopping center (Florence Mall), and while there's a parking lot... be prepared to walk. This area is always busy.
