On April 23rd I ordered a vintage flour sack online for my daughter to use in a revolutionary war…read moreprogram at school on May 2nd. With an additional charge for priority shipping the description gave a delivery date of April 26 so I paid extra to make sure we would have it in plenty of time. The item arrived ten days later after the program was over. I sent a message indicating that I would pay to return the unopened item which was no longer needed, but wanted a refund since they did not come close to meeting the expected timeline and I had no further use for a flour sack. Their response was that they do not do returns for any reason. I cannot recommend a business that makes no attempt to make things right when their customers are let down.
