The owner was on site when we went in to check things out and we loved how attentive and genuine he was in helping us learn about the store and their services. Parking is available in the front lot, or around back of the store. There are two wheelchair accessible spots out front. We took the hour drive to Florence, and it was well worth the trip. Samuel went above and beyond the call of duty for us. From the moment he greeted us at the door. He was friendly and courteous and had a great sense of humor. He took his time with my dad. Explained everything he needed to know about diabetic shoes and fitted him perfectly. He quoted us 4-5 weeks before they would be in. A week later, he called me and said they were there! He also made the trip to our home to bring them to us! I enjoyed the rime he took with us and made us feel important. We will be using 97 Cares for all our medical equipment needs.
