The sales person didn't follow us through the store he greeted us then came over to answer questions when we motioned. The store closes at 6pm Mon-Sat even though website shows 7pm. I went in found the one that fit and was simply to operate and wouldn't you know it the floor model was the only one left in the fabric I liked. Sales person contacted owner and he resolved the issue. He gave me the next model up at the price of the model I loved and discounted the delivery. When it arrived, the guys were pleasant and assembled it in minutes and went over the operating and warranty. I have purchased other furniture at Jordan's and they always service the customer, which is a rarity in todays world. And they honestly care about your furniture needs. Their warranty states that if after 3 calls for the same problem they would replace the appliance. I have had problems with the ice maker since I bought this refrigerator. I have at least 10 calls to the GE warranty service (not to be confused with GE THAT WE ALL KNOW). They have sent out tech that told me stuff like "use a hair to melt the accumulated ice around the icemaker". Now I'm told ice maker is on recall. That was 2 weeks ago. I called warranty company and was told "no status " on part. In the meantime in a 101 degree temperature I'm having to purchase ice everyday. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. With an additional charge for priority shipping the description gave a delivery date of April 26 so I paid extra to make sure we would have it in plenty of time. The item arrived ten days later after the program was over. I sent a message indicating that I would pay to return the unopened item which was no longer needed, but wanted a refund since they did not come close to meeting the expected timeline and I had no further use for a flour sack. Their response was that they do not do returns for any reason. I cannot recommend a business that makes no attempt to make things right when their customers are let down.
