So I was little upset and heated because of the excessive amount of money I spend monthly with AT&T. My first encounter was with a gentleman name Najae(misspelled) He was awful and did not offer any solutions or help at all which frustrated me even more. All he could do was direct me to call customer service and I was in store(CRAZY) I'm extremely heated & about to blow b/c I spend $500+ a month and you're going to direct me to call someone else (not having it). Asked to speak to manager which never showed face; however Angela saved the day she was calm assuring and understanding. She understood my frustrations and wanted to help me in anyway she could. She took time to review my bill and try to get me to understand and when I still did not she called customer service for help. She never shifted the blame she took accountability and help. I did not buy one thing from Angela and she never made me feel like she was a pushy sales person. She understands all customers are needed to keep the doors open. I am grateful for her time and patience she saved me from walking out the door and taking my business else where. Angela should be an AT&T trainer and train these rude inconsiderate sales people on true customer service. Angela is a gem that AT&T plaza should treasure. I never write reviews only for bad. But Angela was such a breath of fresh air I had to let everyone know. Again Thank You Angela

    Yesterday, my 83 year-old cancer-survivor and recently-widowed mother attempted to return equipment…read moreto the David H McLeod Blvd location in Florence. She was "helped" by an incredibly lazy and nasty woman who seemed to take delight in making things as unnecessarily difficult as possible. My mother had a heavy bag full of equipment that she had difficulty even getting into the store, and when she finally placed it on the floor, the Spectrum employee refused to "help" her until she lifted the bag and placed it on the counter. When my mother told her she didn't think she could lift it, instead of being an actual decent human being and helping an old lady, she merely scowled at my mother and told her she couldn't help her until the bag was on the counter. My mother struggled and finally got it up there, but the lady continued to be rude through the remainder of the appointment. There were several other things that happened including multiple snarky comments and just a basic refusal to do her job. The whole time this was going on, she was continually talking to people at the other counters rather than focusing on her customer. Is this how Spectrum wants their company to be represented?

    Never get a spectrum mobile. No service if you get out of your street. Tried to cancel the contract…read more. They said i have to pay for the phone, they cannot take it back even though i am not happy with service. So I paid off the phone, now they are saying i have to stay 60 days with them to unlock the phone. stuck again with spectrum. Had to file a poilce complaint on one of the returns since they said they never got the phone. Horrible experience!!
