Said they couldn't do anything because it was a "billing" issue & they don't handle that stuff. We went to an "actual" AT&T store & one of the representatives finally helped us fix a problem that this AT&T retailer created! P.S when we came in no one greeted or helped us it wasn't until a group of people came in & were greeted & attended before us & the people realized we had been waiting before they came in & allowed for us to be attended first. Overall such a horrible experience.
