AMAZING. I have been to so many AT&T stores and this one was the best. I wish I knew his name (blonde, tall, sweet dude) but it was one man working, serving 3 people at once and was doing an unbelievable job. He had the best attitude and was genuinely happy to help. Was visiting the area from Denver when my phone charger took a dive. Barely had enough charge to find this place. Thankfully they were easy to see from the road and open! Service was quick and I was helped and back to my trip in no time. I really appreciated the Covid precautions they have in place so you can feel safe there. Yay! read more

I've been an AT&T customer for 15 or so years (gosh, do I feel old right now...), and this is hands down the absolute worst AT&T store I've ever been to. OK, scratch that -- this is not even a real AT&T store, but they present themselves as one. AT&T should be embarrassed to be affiliated with a store like this one. I don't know what their deal is (who owns this store?! They're "authorized retailers", whatever that's supposed to mean?), but what I know for sure is that they do not have a grasp on customer service whatsoever. Every time you come in, you're forced to stand around for a while (10ish minutes if there are no customers; 30ish minutes if there's a customer at the counter) without being acknowledged at all. When it's finally your turn, they'll take for-freaking-ever to get ANYTHING done for you. The employees seem very apathetic. They make it painfully clear that helping you is a chore. It's definitely not a friendly environment at all. My husband ordered his phone from this store a month ago and he still has not received it. They sent the phone to the wrong town (Frisco, TX instead of Frisco, CO), AAAAAND it was the wrong phone! So they had another phone sent. That one got lost in the mail. So they had another phone sent... again. And that one got lost in the mail, too. I understand that was not this store's fault, but they did absolutely nothing to rectify this situation. They canceled the order without my husband's consent and when I called to complain, they were like, "tough luck, buddy." Bottom line: don't ever do business with this store! I would GLADLY drive to Denver to do business with a REAL AT&T store from now on before ever stepping foot into this store ever again. read more

Unfortunate experience this afternoon. Won't be going back. The only employee in the shop was working with another customer. Fine. I understand that there was only one employee there, and I respect focusing on the customer at hand. However, when I got there, I was never greeted, and then while waiting more than 20 minutes, was never even acknowledged as a waiting customer. Not a hello. No "I'll be with you shortly", "Thanks for your patience", "I can help you in a few minutes". None of that. I just stood awkwardly for over 20 minutes and finally left. Never a single word from the employee. Furthermore, the sale that he was working on could have been completed in about half the time. Maybe less. I get friendly chatting with a customer, but when you have waiting customers, keep the social banter to a minimum. Then he kept offering more deals, gadgets, and even plans for the customer's family, who weren't even in the shop. It just kept going and going. I waited too long, and I'll be shopping elsewhere. A shame because I'd like to support the local store. Maybe a simple "hello" and "thanks for coming in". Nope. read more

I came here to exchange a cell phone case. They had another customer in the store and I had to wait over 30 minutes to exchange a case - that is ridiculous! What happened to having a cashier for simple things like this? I am never returning to this store. read more

If I could give NO stars I would! 3 Hours spent in there-to get a new phone and every answer was "go online" - why bother having a retail store????? I bought one of the most expensive phones, battery pack, and screen cover. The screen cover was installed incorrectly; I called within the time (14 days was all I had) and they said I had to deal with the website. ....so when I dropped the phone 2 months later the screen cracked and now I have to pay and deal with it. Complete and utter dissatisfaction! Probably time to go to Verizon! read more
