Just stopped by to get some information today and had maybe the worst experience I've ever had in any kind of store, ever. No other patrons in the store, just one female employee with long dark brown hair. I wasn't even there long enough to get her name. I was hoping to get information on Verizon's phone plans (we've had ours for so many years I'm sure they offer something better), new phones, etc. She didn't inquire about what I have, or consider looking up my account in the Verizon system so she could see the details. She seemed put off that I didn't have every detail of what I'm looking for ready to give her. I went there for help. If I knew every nuance of Verizon's plans I wouldn't need to go in for assistance. Ugh. Will be headed to Verizon in Dillon going forward. read more

Heather the sales representative does not have the knowledge on how to separate two phone from a I cloud account. Instead she adds a email to the same I cloud account and charges 40.00. Heather doesn't know how to set up a I cloud account that is separate from the original. This store is not a Verizon store do not go here if you want customer service. read more

Drew absolutely makes this place. Not only was he patient and VERY informative, but he also found a cheaper family plan to lower my monthly payments while still receiving the same Unlimited service. Be very aware, Go wireless will make you sign another contract on top of Verizon Wireless 2 yr service contract. I purchased an IPhone for my mother and she wanted to branch out and get her own account WITH VERIZON with the SAME phone number. Verizon happily moved her to her own contract however this company came after me for $480 saying I discontinued my contract with them. They have now sent the $480 to a sketchy law firm in UT to collect the funds. Very poor service as part of Verizon and also this company who does not upfront tell you about an ADDITIONAL contract. Is it legal to be under contract twice for the same cell phone service? CROOKS. Stay far far away. read more

Stay away from this place. Shady business dealings. Manager Kyle is very shady. I bought a phone, did not sign up for anything, did not change my current cellular plan in any way. Get my next phone bill after the phone purchase. My bill went up $90/month when I was told nothing would change since I paid for the phone outright. I call Verizon directly. Turns out this guy signed me up for all sorts of stuff without my consent or knowledge. Now i am dealing with the pain of trying to get my bill back to what it's supposed to be. I have never been upsold and pressured so aggressively at any store. I did not want to buy an additional product that was having a deal, I did not want to buy any extras there, yet they just kept asking and asking and the guy even raised his voice at me a couple of times. The best Verizon Store we have ever been too! Thomas was great, he showed us a multitude of phones, going over all the differences and helped me find the best phone for what I was looking for. He setup the everything for us, explained thoroughly all the details of how my new phone would setup per our account for billing. He mentioned things we were never aware about with our phone plan. In the end, we were extremely happy and my Husband will be back to see Thomas next year for his new phone upgrade. Thanks for great service! read more

I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could! I purchased a new phone through them, along with their insurance. However, when my screen cracked, and I went to have it replaced - they said I didn't have it! Meanwhile, months later I saw that I WAS getting charged for their insurance. Essentially, I paid out a couple hundred dollars for nothing...they did NOTHING to help resolve the situation, and were terribly rude on the phone even though I was more than calm. Absolutely terrible. Had an issue getting our jet pack hooked connecting to data and so went in to get help. I expected him to have some sort of knowledge on the system rather than attempting the take out the battery and put it back in and that's all he's got. Not only that, but he was a lazy, condescending jerk. He asks us for the account so we get him in and he looks at it for a second and sees that there are a lot of devices on the account because the device is liked to a business account. He says that he cannot sort through all of them because there are too many and he cannot tell which one is that one. I ask him why he cannot simply look at the devices id and search for it, he says they all have the same id which is by far the stupidest thing I've heard in the world, they are the same device but have an individual Id. He tells me that I should just talk to the account manager (he is talking to him) and when he finds this out tells us to talk to tech support. A child could have done what he did to help. My advice: FORGET THIS ONE, GO TO SILVERTHORN 5 MINUTES UP THE ROAD TO AVOID LAZY AND CONDESCENDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
