She marked my iPhone trade-in as "damaged" (which it was not), causing me to lose the credit I was owed, and our bill came out $60 higher than what she promised. On top of that, we ended up paying $140 to return the phones and restart the process--something that should have never happened. It was clear she was juggling multiple customers at once, and I'd recommend she focus on one at a time to avoid costly errors like this. Thankfully, Damon at the Brighton (Prairie Center) location was incredible. He corrected everything, got us the right plan and trade-in value, and provided the kind of service we expected from the start. I hope he gets the recognition and credit he deserves. Yeesh! ++ Now that AT&T bought Directv they offer some great packages that include tv service. ++ Location is always clean and neat! ++ Lots of promotions, usually running for accessories. Most recently, if you bought three or more accessories you got 30% off of them. Since I needed a case, screen protector, and additional charging cable; this was a no-brainer! CONs: -- My most recent visit did take a while, mostly due to getting my data transferred from the old to new phone. Not a big problem since I was the only person there when I arrived. AT&T overall has taken great care of me over the years (I've been a customer for at least seven years). I'll def continue to use this location for most of my mobile needs!

Arben wasted zero time explaining also I could re-up my warranty for less than $10 dollars. Explaining again the unfortunate situation of also being completely broke, Arben paused. When I looked back behind the counter moments later after I DC Universe commerical caught my eye featuring Penquin From Batman Returns (Duck Car included!!), I noticed Arben (the associate) had vanished. I followed to where I could see someone crouching - It was Arben with the same headphones only CHEAPER! All said and done, I waited for affirmation we were good when Arben muttered "Let me see something- hang on." I was handed 34 cents and also told my warrenty for the headphone for the next year was free!! FREE and I got paid!! WHAT!! GameStop is just as the name states with workers like Arben who thrive for a visit you won't soon forget. Secondly, my experience with an employee named Christian was extremely disappointing. He was rude and disrespectful, insisting that I either follow his instructions or leave the store. It became clear that the staff lacked the knowledge and willingness to properly handle returns. I had to contact corporate to file a complaint against him. They have since opened an investigation into why the return was denied. I was also informed by corporate that either the staff is not properly trained on processing returns or there is a known system glitch causing these issues.
