We waited until 6 o'clock to call him and he told us he already completed it but forgot to call us. But when I arrive to the store and pick up the iPad, I took it back home to realize that the face ID scanner no longer works anymore, and I now have to go to a official Apple Store to try and fix it. And the screen wasn't even attached properly as when the screen was facing down towards the ground, the screen was barely hanging on to the frame and it was pretty much detached from the frame. And so the amount that I paid for the screen repair sucks, it wasn't even done properly the screen was barely attached. I had to tape it myself. And the Face ID doesn't even work. So the work ethic on this iPad suck. Do not come to this phone plug. They will charge you a lot, and barely make it your money's worth.

I feel like they were biting off more than they can chew. I put my laptop in the shop about 2-3…read moremonths ago and there were multiple delays due to them getting the wrong screen. On top of that they tried using a third party company to fix it behind my back and eventually I got it back in the same condition because of the delays and lack of communication. In the same period of time I got my IPhone 12 fixed as well, it took about 4-5 days but recently I dropped it and I noticed the back of my phone cracked and glass was coming out. Originally it had fiber glass panel so it's barely possible for the glass to come out so I realized they put a regular glass back panel which is a way cheaper material then the actually iPhone quality material. it's my fault for coming here.

They had some of the most prettiest and high quality cases that I was thankful to stumble upon. I instantly had warm welcoming service from an associate by the name of Jahmon Gaines and he was incredible! They even sell Fidget Spinners here which made me feel like it was a sign to finally purchase one for my little sister, whom her birthday is on the 3rd of this month. The prices of the phone cases are incredibly affordable. I thought the phone case I picked out was going to be in the 30's-40's range for price, however, it was only $26.00! I loved that a lot. The additional purchase of the Fidget Spinner was only $10.00 extra, which is on average $3 more than the competitor's price. I still enjoyed getting both items and making me visit worthwhile. The only cons is the smell of the phone case. It has that artificial paint smell, (very strong smell) and made me otherwise that I can lessen the smell.
