Nice and clean store, wall displays are neatly arranged. Today their not to crowded at all but they are way to slow. I see some staff standing around doing nothing and that includes manager. Several guest never received help and eventually walked out. I do understand that every customer deserves full attention from staff but, we waiting customers want that same kind of attention too, everybody need to be busy urgently getting to the next available customer. Update: I must give Andy big prop's, he saved the day. Andy took his time with wife and I updating our sim cards making sure our new phones worked perfectly, wife and I wanted local numbers and he took care of that without fuss; sold us our new cases, screen protecters installing them for us and sold us our first Samsung Wireless chargers. Horrible Service at AT\&T Corporate Store - Dayton, OH Our experience at the AT\&T corporate store (2427 Miamisburg‑Centerville Rd., Dayton, OH) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We were instructed by AT&T Business Ordering to visit any corporate store to pick up a business device and have a reserved eSIM assigned. What should have been a simple, routine process turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged ordeal. When we arrived, several staff members were on their personal phones. Andy, a sales representative, eventually assisted us but immediately insisted that we would need to pay a "substantial deposit," which was incorrect. We asked him to pull up our account (CRU/IRU) and provided our quote and signed agreement. From a technical standpoint, this request was clearly manageable in-store. Andy even confirmed that the eSIM was reserved. However, after he briefly stepping into the back room with another female employee (possibly a manager or team lead), he returned and told us nothing could be done because the device was "already being shipped." Based on the conflicting information and poor experience, we chose to leave. Later, AT&T Business Ordering confirmed that the device was NOT being shipped and that the store should have been able to complete the transaction. As a result, we had to cancel the original order, reissue a new one, accept updated terms, and restart the entire process, causing unnecessary delays. The situation worsened during follow-up. When we called the store, a representative named "Shane" refused to provide his last name and failed to connect us with a manager after placing us on hold. On a subsequent call, we spoke again with Andy, (who was the rep. who waited on us when we were in the store), who declined to transfer us to the store manager, Mustafa, and also refused to provide last names. The tone throughout these interactions was dismissive and unprofessional. As a long-standing AT&T business partner, this level of service is unacceptable. We were treated with a lack of respect, given inaccurate information, and made to feel like our business did not matter. It appeared the staff had little interest in helping because the transaction may not have benefited them directly. We were told a store manager, (Mustafa Alwan=full name) would follow up to address the situation. As of this review, no one has contacted us. It has now been two weeks as of this post. Ultimately, the device was delivered later, confirming that the information provided in-store was incorrect all along. This experience falls far short of expectations for a corporate AT&T location. What should have taken less than a day to process and less than 30 minutes to complete took many days and hours. We are paid at $120-$175 an hour for our services. We will never get this wasted time and revenue back. Based on this interaction, we would hesitate to refer customers or partners to this store. In today's competitive mobility market, customer-focused service, professionalism, and product knowledge should be standard, not the exception. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. Very poor customer service, sell you insurance with promises of what it is. Not worth the insurance had to pay out of pocket to get screen replaced which was told would be covered. It was a error by who sold us the insurance. Will switch carrier once contract is up. read more

The staff at this store is horrible. And they don't seem to know a whole lot about AT&T services. First time here was to get a case and a new SIM card. Person told me they would sell me a SIM...multiple times...and I refused. Called customer service and they shipped me a new one overnight, free of charge. Second time I came in to pick up a new device I ordered online. Sat for 40 minutes before being helped, they had 1 person working and 1 in the back who left. The next person came in late so it was a cluster to get help. All I wanted was my phone...I had all the other items I needed but instead of listening, he kept trying to up sell me. Unprofessional, arrogant and rude. They don't know how to do their basic job. They lie to your face. We went to the store regarding an order which was canceled by att and were asked by att customer service to place an order again through in store. When we went to the store and told them about issue, they were very rude and adamant about placing an order or even making a call to their own customer service. Was ready for a melt down when my phone decided it was at its expiration point. But the staff here were super helpful and knowledgeable of all their products . Had me out the door smiling and communicating again..great location across from the Dayton Mall. read more

Rude, no customer service, no pride in their job. I went to this store to get a new phone. They were not busy - most employees standing around chatting. After I bought the phone, I asked for help setting up the new phone - isn't that customer service, isn't that why they have these stores? It was taking a while to transfer my stuff from the old phone, the salesperson who by the way was the "manager" tried to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want.... then she got bored so she started chatting with her co-workers, which was fine, I just sat there waiting for my new phone to be set up. After a while she started fiddling with my old phone. Gave me a sheet of paper with a bunch of instructions how to do her job setting up the new phone. Fiddled with my old phone, then walked away to an office in the back without saying a word to me..... I looked at my old phone and realized she had started the back up process all over again and left me there... I asked the other salesperson what was going on - she said I could probably leave and set it up on my own. What the h--- I spent over an hour at the store and was walking out of there with a new phone that did not work. To top it off she had done something to the old phone and it does not work either. It took half an hour to get to this store near the Dayton Mall to get help with unlocking my phone. There was no waiting time at the store, which was unusual, and it was nearly empty. The online instructions said I needed a sim card from another carrier, but my interests was just to get my 4yo phone unlocked, because I was entitled to it. I did not express interest in going to another provider, and the manager, Gomez, told me I didn't make any sense. Gomez said the store could not/would not, unlock my phone, and essentially invited me to leave his store, and AT&T if I chose to do so! He actually got up and held the door wide open waiting for me to leave. I was shocked at how rude Gomez was, and his unwillingness to help one 73 year old customer who wanted to remain with AT&T. I guess if you don't want to buy a new phone your business is not appreciated. Regardless, rudeness to a customer is never in order. When I arrived home and powered my phone on I received a "Reboot System Now" message, then a black screen that read "No Command." I could not turn the phone on or off, and was only able to restart the phone after I searched the Internet for help. Coincidence?? I have never received that message in the 4 years I have owned the phoned. It is unfortunate that AT&T feels it is so large that it does not have to provide good customer service. I feel my request could have been refused without Gomez being rude and condescending. At the very least he should have shown respect for a senior citizen! read more
