I took my business to Target instead. Last night, I had a question about a small service issue. I was in the lot already to get groceries. 3 hours before closing, the door was locked. I didn't want to use one of those big chain store repair centers, knowing friends who had bad experiences with one in particular. Fortunately I found Computer Medics of Lanier. I can't say enough good things about them. Lee Ann was friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me the damage to my keyboard and the mess that was my dangerously swollen battery. Our internet and wireless were combined and now we have new extra charges that no one can tell us about. After 90 minutes on the phone, nothing was fixed. They told me my phone order was cancelled but two days later I got a email to expect a phone. They also told me to file a fraud report with their fraud division, but it's been denied. I will be filing a police report due to the theft.
