I gave up using Verizon's customer service line last week after a 2 hour phone call. None of the features I requested to have removed were actually removed. That is 2 hours of my life I can never get back! In hopes of getting satisfaction, I went to the store directly with no success. The representative I spoke with was not interested at all.
