My dad's iPad had a cracked screen and he took it here to be repaired. The first time it was…read morerepaired, the home button was covered in glue and there was still tape visible underneath the screen. He took it back and the guy removed the tape and said he fixed the screen, but now the screen is somehow disoriented. The iPad must be oriented in one particular direction to be able to type and it recognize the keystrokes. I'm not really sure how to describe it. The iPad isn't that old and should still be in good working order but the iPad is barely functional at this point. I know it sounds kind of silly, but the iPad is one of the last things my grandma bought for my dad before she passed away so there's a sentimental aspect to it, and it just really sucks that the man who runs this shop destroyed it. We are hoping that someone else might be able to fix what he messed up.

I wish there was an option where I'm not able to put any stars. Let me begin my rant…read more.. My Samsung Galaxy S III screen broke and I called Monstrous to repair it. They told me that it will cost $125 and approx 5 hrs to repair. Initially I thought the time and price was fair but not great. Due to time constraints and the convenience of it being down the street, I obliged. Upon receiving my repaired phone, I noticed SEVERAL and I want to emphasize SEVERAL chips and scratches along the interior part of my phone where the glass fit. I brought this to the attention of my sales rep and of course he pretended as if he had absolutely no idea what happened. He proceeded by asking his repairman what happened and he acted as if he couldn't care less. Later I noticed dirt and dust underneath the glass and they just said, "well, you know...we have to find a way to repair the glass. I never noticed anything being there before." WOW. What a response. He eventually took $20 off of the repair cots. Nevertheless, avoid this place at all costs.

I was told my AppleCare did not cover water damage and that my only option was to buy a new phone for $375. The worst part is that this store came up as my authorized repair shop when I went to Apple's website. I ended up paying to upgrade my phone early, and THEN found out from Apple that physical damage WAS covered. I felt like the young man at the front was nice, but not thorough at all. Completely agree that you should just go to the Apple Store and get your phone replaced. Apple refunded my care.
