I am giving this store a 5 star review because of the customer service I received from Courtney B. I came to this store for an online order pickup. We hit just about every issue possible (Premier accounts are a nightmare for non-authorized users), but she waited with me while I got authorization and then spent 45 min - 1 hr on the phone with support fixing other issues (that we're not her fault or responsibility). read more

I moved my service to AT&T to get their iphone promotion and found that they lied to me to the degree that my monthly bill is more than twice what they said it would be in an email they sent me. There are "activation"fees they don't mention; there are discounts for retirees that cannot be activated; they promised an ipad for 1.00 a month and actually intend to charge me $17.00 a month for one with more memory that i didnt order; they said billing would begin the next month (since I had just paid my Verizon bill), but it began immediately. You can not trust one thing they say! Do not go there. They will cheat you. I will try to get out; I intend to take this to BBB. I am not hopeful. read more

Horrible experience so far. Scheduled to get wifi installed in my home a week later when the time has come for the appointment I hear nothing and no one is here to install it. I prepaid for the service and set the appointment. I called twice ultimately to get no where with them. At first they said the tech was just running a bit late and that he would be here. And then they said they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. They said a manager would call me back an hour ago and I've got no answers. I've already waited a week to get this installed and no one within the company has been any help. read more

Matt, assistant manager of this store, if that's even his name, has absolutely horrendous customer service. Working in customer service myself I make things right that my company has missed on a daily basis, and I do so willingly because that is the right way to treat a customer, yet instead of being willing to make a simple and easy to fix mistake that AT&T made right, Matt told me to buy my product on Amazon and there was nothing he could do, and that he refused to help. Matt did everything short of cussing me out while on the phone with me, though I am positive he had his laughs and did that after the call was through. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. When I called customer service after this experience, they apologized profusely for what he had done and agreed that it was out of line and never should have happened. If you do go to this store, stay away from Matt if you want decent service and to be treated like a human and not someone that's just there to pad his pocket and get a sale. Shame on AT&T corporate for even allowing someone like this to be an assistant manager to begin with, please get this man some customer service training asap. Also I'd like to add this from a different post I made elsewhere - Just a heads up, people are always watching, you never know who you are affecting and what they are going through and a little goes a long way and if you are a complete dick, you're representing your company not just your store or that one phone call. I have called this store four times about this same issue and had the same terrible experience. At some point there's got to be some sort of give. I've worked for Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon and I know there's options, there's always options to make things right for a customer. Do better, AT&T read more

Horrible service. Forty year old guy with painted nails and nose ring waited on me and looked ridiculous. When I told him That my phone has been sitting in Memphis for a week he said there was nothing he could do once it was shipped. He said I had to contact FedEx myself and there was nothing he could do. He said if I did not get my phone then they could do something. Well then I had to explain to him that is why I was there because I did not get my phone. After I continued to dig for an answer he finally told me I could call 611 to cancel my phone. The guy had a attitude the whole time!! Will never be back in there and will send bad reviews everyday!!!!! The whole time I had to drill him to get a resolution on canceling my order while he had a major attitude!! read more

I have had AT&T for the past few years. When I first became a customer, someone in another state somehow bought themselves a phone using my account. AT&T quickly fixed this issue, and I was not liable for anything. Fast forward to a month ago. Someone in Massachusetts bought themselves a new iPhone using my account, and of course, AT&T was sending me the bill. This time, getting in touch with the AT&T fraud department has been next to impossible. I was on hold 2 hours the first night. 3 hours the next day (until I had to leave for work). Finally, i set my alarm and called the next day the second the fraud department opened; this time, I was to still be on hold for 2 1/2 hours before I managed to make contact with an actual person. They assured me that this was off my account and that I was not responsible for anything. I then immediately went to another carrier's store and ditched AT&T. Last night, AT&T sent me a bill for the tax on the phone I did not order. I went to this location to get this taken care of. I was hoping since the one guy working in their fraud department had already labeled this as not my fault that maybe the lower level stores could quickly delete this sales tax mistake. I talked to a woman that claimed to be the manager, and she informed me that she was unable to do anything and that I had to call the fraud department again. Obviously all they are focused on at this and their other stores is getting you caught in their web. If you are ever thinking about going here to get this service, don't just take my word for it. Read the visitor's posts on the AT&T Facebook page, or just try to call their fraud department yourself and just see for yourself what you could be getting ready to step in to. As it stands right now, I'm typing this as I've currently been on hold for an hour, and I more than likely have several more hours to go. AT&T is a joke, and their people at this store are unable or unwilling to help. Get this service at your own risk. read more

Terrible service, from kids who have no idea of customer service, or even the knowledge of their OWN products. Now going to another AT&T local store to get professional service. Unfortunately this location is an absolute mess of personnel. read more

We went into AT&T to discuss bundling our cell service with Internet and Direct TV. Gina was amazingly helpful and checked all parts of our plan to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. We left there saving more than $60 a month and will receive a $200 gift card for switching. We were also able to get the NFL ticket for no extra cost the first year, which is a huge deal since we just moved (go AZ Cardinals!). Cell phone stores aren't my favorite places to go, but this trip was painless and even enjoyable. read more

My husband and I went to the AT&T store yesterday to change our plan and upgrade my phone. Sharon, the rep who helped us, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional - in short, she was awesome! Sharon helped us combine our plans, which saved us a lot on our monthly service; even with a brand new phone, it was cheaper than our old plans! We will definitely be keeping our service with AT&T, and stopping in at our local store when we need to upgrade in the future. read more
