I explicitly asked several times, this is for one year. And told by the salesman, all I had to do was stop back in the store and ask for the IPad to be removed from my plan. I stopped into the store today 2/22/26 and was told the IPad was a 3 year plan and the service could not be removed from my plan. It's truly sad that salesman at this store use deceit to make their sales. I will not be doing my business there anymore. And would encourage anyone who frequents the Verizon Store on West Genesee St in Fairmount to use caution with their purchase.
