I was quite dismayed to be told at the desk that not all emails this business' corporate entity sends out are actually honored at the individual stores. This was despite a brief phone conversation with Employee A telling me it would be honored. In short, they're not talking care of the customers at all if a self-described manager (Employee B, in this case) talks to a customer as if they're an idiot and makes it their problem that the store and corporate don't see eye-to-eye on the topic. Employee B tried to turn his back on me at the counter, which wasn't a smart thing to do for other reasons, but I persisted. All coupons should be honored at all locations, else they shouldn't be emailed to people on their email list. Bottom line! They get three stars here simply because they beat Best Buy's price on the hard drive replacement. Still, and sadly, it's one of those small businesses where your level of customer service will depend mightily on which employee(s) you happen to deal with. And, apparently, how corporate and the individual stores feel about each other at any given time.

Absolutely disgusted with Janae's "customer service". She needs to be FIRED for how rude and disrespectful she is. Been without a phone for a week. The employees are NO HELP. Twice in the last week I've had encounters with employees that lasted less than 30 seconds because that is all the time they're willing to give me. I've paid my phone bill up 3 months ahead, but they suspended my line and the only way I can reactivate my number is if I get a plan 4x more than my original plan. They know exactly what they're doing. The employee "Dani" was who helped my wife and I a month ago with upgrading her line, while doing this she pushed and pushed and tried pushing me to upgrade my line because it would be "cheaper" I would "save money". I repeated to her over and over again I did not want to suspend my prepaid line, I just want to upgrade my wife's number. But instead of suspending just her prepaid line to move her over, they suspended both of our lines. And now after paying my bill for 3 months of service for a phone, they won't turn back on unless I upgrade. Thanks for screwing over a disabled veteran just to try and sucker me into a contract. Update: The assistant manager Stacey finally resolved my issue by switching my line to a different SIM. I was told to come in and Janae would assist me. (FYI She just needed to literally hand me my SIM card) And wouldn't you know, Janae makes another employee who was getting ready to go on break do it instead. Janae is so disrespectful and bad at her job she can't even handover a SIM card to a customer. I feel bad for her supervisors having to deal with her literally ignoring customers to the point it's insulting and feels personal. I have been nothing but patient and respectful during this entire ordeal, this is unacceptable. Janae needs to be fired ASAP.

My experience with this location. I had several watches that needed battery swaps. The store was…read morebusy, so I patiently waited. When it was my turn to be assisted, I explained what I needed. The employee told me to stand to the side while they helped two additional people. SMH. I went to another employee that was not occupied with customers and began receiving assistance. Then the employee that would not help me left her customers and came over to tell the employee that began helping me to only take 4 or 5 of my watches. I left 4 watches. I would not have left any and I shouldn't have, but I was recommended this location from a good friend, so I did. I was told upfront that it would be a wait because of the holidays. I got a call a week later to pickup the watches and the batteries were swapped successfully. I took my remaining 10 watches upstairs to another jeweler for battery swaps and he finished them all for me, no questions asked, in less than 10 minutes, half the cost . Moral of this story, go with your gut. When you are treated in a weird and unconventional manner, just move on without incident to the next business that can serve your needs.

They advertise rentals a what would be a bargain rate and, actually sign you up for the rate. While you think you are getting a good deal, within two to three months of signing the rental contract the price basically triples. You say your rates increase based on market conditions. Well, I find it hard to believe that market conditions could change that much within a 120-day period of time. In my case it was from $80.35 to $162.05, more than double. This is trickery and deception. I am not sure if this practice is legal, but I am working diligently to find out.
