The worker informed me that it was freshly cut that morning and there was no way it was hard and stale and asked me to let her feel of it. And then wanted me to let her microwave it. No..absolutely not! I have bought MANY pieces of lemon loaf and they have always been soft and wonderful! She offered to refund me or give me a piece of cranberry loaf and left me standing there waiting while she filled another order. The cranberry loaf wasn't good either! Her attitude sucks! And to treat a customer like they are dumb when they complain nicely about SUBPAR food!

When I entered a sweet older gentleman approached us and said "Everytime you visit with your child, you get a free book." How awesome is that? I got her first Easter book that day. They have a variety of used books, and also new books, it was all so very affordable. I got 24 books for $23 (one we got for free). They even had the cutest little story time and play area for your little ones. It's a small locally owned bookstore, you can also donate your old books as well. Fyi: Follow their FB, they have story times and activity/craft day during the week, he also said that they have a puppy day that they'll have a dog there for the kids to pet. Also everytime you visit there's a punch card for a free book after your 7th visit. I mean how could you not want to come?!

I placed an online order for a Gretsch guitar sold from this location. Prior to placing the order, I called the store and spoke with Matt, who was very friendly and provided me details of the actual guitar and convinced me to buy it....so I went with his advice! As normal, after placing the order, you wait anxiously for your item. I made a follow up call and spoke with Tyler (I believe that was his name), as well as Alex to check on the shipping status. Both were awesome and helped me out without hesitation, Alex even called me back just to give me an update later on in the day....incredible service by all of these fine folks!
