No..absolutely not! I have bought MANY pieces of lemon loaf and they have always been soft and wonderful! She offered to refund me or give me a piece of cranberry loaf and left me standing there waiting while she filled another order. The cranberry loaf wasn't good either! Her attitude sucks! And to treat a customer like they are dumb when they complain nicely about SUBPAR food!

Inside I was reminded of the old Tattered Cover bookstore in Denver CO, lots of nooks where books are shelved. They had an entire section of the store desecrated to Southern writers. I appreciated they labeled sections where they had books by one author (notably John Grisham has several shelves to himself).
