Rae (fig) is the WORST employee ever. He did things to my phone line without my knowledge or consent. He tries to scam customers. He's rude as all hell and I would not recommend this store to anyone else who actually wants help with their phone. He's a disgrace to customers and that store. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Not only that but management is even worse. Two managers in how many months and no one can seem to get that store together. Horrible. read more

Tried to come to the store at 6:00 pm. They close at 7pm. The store was closed for a break... they close in an hour. Dude in there was short and didn't wanna help until we told him we were opening a new account. Then he was friendly and ready to help. Bought a new iPhone and wasn't aware that they changed the charger so I trying calling the next time to see if a plug is supposed to come with the new phone or now. Worst ever! They lied about new iphone pricing telling me it was half off that day. After committing to the purchase I found out it was full price and nothing I could do. AT&T wouldn't honor or credit anything so I was stuck with a $1000 phone purchase I didn't want at that time. I even went to the store to try and talk with them and the rudeness including name calling was beyond atrocious. read more

if I could give this no stars I would! Sales representative Andrew G or us he says "Andy" is horrible this guy really had some nerve to lie to our face! I'm warning you guys watch yourself for this guy this guy had the audacity to add all these extra charges on our account and he had the nerve to add an extra line and phone number to our accounts when the only reason we went to the store was so my husband could do a trade in! When we went to confront him he said he had to do it because that was the promotion so he went on and added a additional phone number to our account without our constant! This guy is one of the worst type of sales representatives out there he's just out to get you just to make his stupid commission but not today buddy because I will be reporting this to corporate and doing whatever I have to do so they know what he did!! read more

Andrew (Andy) Att id af234r told me that I couldn't return watches that I bought online in his store because authorized retailers don't do that. I called customer service and they sent me a text with a list of AT&T stores, that had his store on it. I called him to let him know that I'm coming back to his store because AT&T said he can do it. When I got there the first thing he said was that he talked to his manager and she said they can do it there. He had no idea what to do so he called her and she walked him through it. He kept getting an upgrade funding reversal can't be completed. She told him he just needed to activate the watches. She had to go, but was going to have another person call him to walk him through it. The other person never called. So I call 611 so they can help him. Customer service hung up on me twice, the third time I started recording and warned them about it. She was so nice, and couldn't understand why he couldn't do it at the store . Andy was telling me about another number I can call and I told him if there's another number than you need to call it. I don't work here, you need to do your job. I shouldn't be calling customer service in the first place. He got his iPad and walked away and said I had an attitude. Mind you I'm recording everything and I didn't have an attitude. He just didn't like that I told him he needed to do his part. The service representative asked him for his att id, he said he didn't have to give it to her. The lady asked why he hasn't called his office backup or whatever it is and he said he didn't know and he just hadn't yet. We've been here for 45-50 minutes. He finally came back to the table and tried again and it said the same thing only this time he added "without a managers override". I asked if it just said that or has it said that every time. He said it said that every time. I told her it was the first time after trying for 45 minutes that he told us about the manager part. He finally called this other manager and instead of telling him the whole situation or what the iPad said he asked if they're supposed to do it in store. He said the manager said to go to a corporate store. He said there's nothing they can do for us. I reminded him that the first manager told us they can do it. The cs representative on the phone started to file a complaint on Andy because of his attitude and horrible customer service towards us. We left and went to a corporate store because Andy wouldn't do anything else. Filed a complaint with corporate office as well. read more

Me and my fiancé went to this store to move our numbers to a new account and upgrade our phones. It took us over three hours and was honestly painstaking. Andy was very nice but repeatedly made mistakes and needed to call different people for assistance. He also created two accounts, cancelled one, then I had to figure out how to get into both accounts and merge them together?? I asked him for help but he seemed very confused the entire time. If we hadn't been so observant, there would have been tons of other issues with our new plan. When we left the store that day I joked "I know something is gonna be messed up". After all was said an done, I checked my first bill to find that Andy added an additional line (which was costing over 60$ a month) that we didn't want or need. Like I said, he was nice but but I would recommend either asking for someone else to help you or going to a different store.
