Despite having a great protective case, somehow I dropped my phone the exact right way (or should we say wrong way!) that I ended up cracking the screen. The technician at Fix Plus was able to repair my phone in a jiffy. It looks good as new! It took some time but she made the wait bearable because she was very friendly and personable. I did a lot of research switching over because I had been with AT&T for over 15 years but I couldn't deal with my phone bill increasing all the time over the years. I know my first bill will only make me feel better about changing providers! So far I haven't seen a difference yet with signal or downloading, etc. My boyfriend said he's noticed slower download speed but nothing drastic. Saving $300/month on a family plan is well worth it!

YALL. I have been "repairing" a camera lens for many months and made a major mistake - the screws…read morerequire a JIS instead of a Phillips head. I stripped the screws, BAD. I tried every method to remove the screws - using a hair dryer, WD-40, the rubber band trick, and so on. I literally drew blood trying to remove these things. Last week I called quite a few local stores asking if they'd be able to help me. Most store's answers were "absolutely not" or "only if you bought the product from us". I went to CPR on a whim because it was close to Starbucks + open during the lunch hour. And boy am I glad I did. They were able to remove the stripped screws in mere minutes and they were super friendly. I'll absolutely use them in the future for any of my tech needs.
