The staff can't do much to help because everything is controlled by the T-Lite app. My store rep attempted to assist with ordering my phone, including updating my address, which was carefully entered and saved. But the phone shipped to an address in another state that I moved from four years earlier. No way to stop the shipment, and delivery folks seldom check signatures to confirm it went to the correct recipient. Within the T-Lite app is a chat feature. That person can assist in ordering (or reordering) your phone far better than this store, and they will confirm this. Use this feature to save yourself the frustration I have encountered.
