Should a neighbor drop their T-Mobile wifi (ha!!!) I will receive a call or text that I can sign up. When I called back furious to request a manager, he hung up again. I was at target so it was close by then went to the nearby T-Mobile store to report what happened. I get employees may not know every answer, but telling a customer to figure it out and lie and say the managers not in is so disrespectful hanging up twice is extremely unprofessional. I felt completely dismissed and am giving 1 star. Canceling my plan.

So 3 days later the tv went down $200 and I can't get the refund. All the employees at the Maple Grove store and managers we're all apologies but they can't help, it is a corporate policy.
