After having spent several thousand dollars at this particular AT&T store over the years for iphones and accessories for myself and family members, I am wondering why I would ever do so again. I have an issue with a phone that I purchased there a little over a year ago, and I brought it in. The saleswoman would . not . even . touch . the . phone. She had a little slogan memorized, which she said to me at least three times, which goes something like "We're your AT&T wireless provider," meaning that and nothing more. I pointed out that I bought the equipment right there, which makes them the retailer, and that I had paid AT&T (not Apple or Mophie), and that I can produce the receipt which shows that. She recited her slogan each time and little else. She told me to call Geek squad, or Apple, or Mophie. She was as professional as she was unhelpful. Presumably staff are told not to do or say anything other than to sell phones and service contracts. Which means there is no sense in buying phones and allied equipment from this, and presumably any, AT&T store. Next time I'll go to the Apple store or maybe elsewhere, but I can't see going back to an AT&T store. For my visit today, they stood for nothing. read more

Awful customer service. I went to switch our business account from Spectrum to Att. The manager said they would set up everything. The appointment date was wrong and when they came to set up had the wrong services. They quoted me the internet + phone would be less. The bill came in much higher than I was paying with Spectrum! Do not go to this store. read more

This used to be an actual AT&T owned store; real AT&T employees. I didn't know that had changed. I went in for an upgrade as it's been three years and my Note 20s battery wasn't keeping up anymore. Go in, store is being remodeled so I can literally look at nothing but Apple products. Go home, decide on what I want and go back. Kid in a Louis Vuitton (fake?) scarf helps me. I get the S23 Ultra because I thought (and it did) help me with battery life. A day or so goes by and I get texts saying my new protection plan has been activated. Whuut? Call to customer care to explain that said LV dude never even asked if I wanted it; just added it prolly to boost his paycheck. He also went on and on that we would save 25% every month. Same BS too; the plan I was on didn't even qualify for that discount. We added our info to complete the discount process but was denied each time. Same with waived activation fees..avoid this store! read more

Today I went in and I got excellent service from Manny helped me with my DIRECTV stream couldn't get in the app also his supervisor on duty helped me with my Internet put a big smile on my face and I was able to walk out with a new phone I had to make a claim on that they were giving me a hard time changing the address I'm old-school so I like one on one service doing everything over the phone is kind of annoying when I'm short for time 10 thumbs up great service AT&T my family has been loyal customers for over 30 years and I'll never look for another service thank you read more

I went here recently to change my account from business to consumer and it was my first time in the store. I had seen the reviews which were not good. My experience was perfect I didn't have an appointment but was assisted pretty quickly and work through the transition which was not a simple task. The good thing is that my monthly bill will drop %50 from $200 a month too $100 which is always good. I have been a AT and T wireless customer for years and will continue if this great service continues. read more

Buyer beware. One day (9/29/22) they told me the $70 in activation/upgrade fees would be waived if I called 611. The person at 611 (called on 10/3/22) said she would not waive them. Then I came back into the store (10/4/22) and they said it's a 50/50 chance. Sometime the 611 fee will be waived. Other times it will not be waived. I requested a $70 refund that would cover the difference. The store would not provide it. read more

Helpful staff. I suggest calling ahead to be placed in line then showing up. An employee helped me go through like 5 old phones, most of which were dumb and gross and i couldn't figure out the pass codes to but that's not on him. We got one unlocked and instead of selling it to ATT I sold it online for double. He gave me the advice to go to the Apple store instead of ATT when buying a new iPhone. If I could give this store 1 star I would!!! They should not be in business. And I never give reviews. Please note, this store is not an AT & T Corporate Store, it is a brick and mortar store that is allowed to sell AT & T products. Their staff is not trained like the corporate employees are and it shows!!! They completely screwed up our account and would not take accountability for it nor try to help to fix it. After several phone calls to the loyalty and retention department then back into an actual Corporate Store, our account was fixed. Unbelievable how all the staff at this store treated us and the don't give a crap attitude, including the so called manager. They will literally lie to face!!! Do not go there!! read more

This store should be closed because they are an embarrassment to AT&T as a corporation. No matter how many "second chances" we have given them (because they are convenient) they fail miserably with their lack of customer service. Not only is the revolving staff unfriendly and immature, but they are unprofessional sighing and eye-rolling at customers and other employees. I bought a new Iphone 7Plus at this store. I had problems with it from day one. I took it back the first day and they said that it was a network issue and reset the network settings. It didn't help much. The phone has never worked properly at my home and I OFFICE FROM HOME. I have been out of town for a few weeks so it wasn't an issue until today. I got home and its a disaster. No service at my home. I have to drive away from the house to get phone service. I went to the store for help after dropping EVERY CALL TODAY.. every call... They told me that since I have had the phone for 6 days longer than their 14 day return policy that they WOULD NOT HELP ME. They pushed this off on Apple. I have been with AT&T for over 10 years and they do not give a flying F about me, or you for that matter. They don't care that this is affecting my business nor do they care about helping me resolve this issue. I am tired of this company and more tired of how they want to pass the buck instead of helping a customer that has been with them for over a decade. I will never step foot in this store again. The person at the store that worked with me was full of excuses but zero solutions. Was I mad? Yes.. Was I unreasonable? Probably. I bought an $800.00 phone, have nearly $200.00 per month service, and yes I am pissed off and yes I wanted help RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Customer service skill set zero. Me: Can I return the phone AT&T GUY: No, you have had it more than 14 days. ME: This is costing me business and I need help now. AT&T GUY: Call Apple then. ME: I don't have time for this, perhaps I should return the phone and switch carriers. AT&T GUY: Well they will bill you for the phone anyway. I don't know why this place gets beat up. It's one thing if you don't like AT&T. It's another if it's the people. My experience was FLAWLESS with Marvin Braun this evening. I came in at 745pm. They close at 8. He didn't complain, he checked me in and said there were three people ahead of me and would get to me as soon as he could. He gave every customer his 100% attention. He didn't sell his service short and try to get us out of the store. He treated each of us with professional and confident care. He stayed after closing to make sure my new service was completed correctly and that I was 100% satisfied. I love having an AT&T store nearby and I have Marvin's card and will call on him personally should I have any needs in the future. Well done sir! read more

Huge fan of this AT&T, specifically of Lezli. I went in after my iPhone was stolen and have been back about four or five times now. I was unable to get a new iPhone (I got mine when it was time to upgrade, so I'm not eligibile for the crazy discount for another year) but Lezli was very flexible in trying to get me one since she knew that was my goal. She tried everything, trying to get me an early upgrade, thinking outside the box looking to see if I got uverse at home then I would be eligible, she gave me the card of her buddy who works at a phone repair place that sometimes has used inventory, etc. We explored every option, but I was unable to make it happen. On my next visit a day ro so later I brought in an old ass blackberry on loan from a friend and Lezli helped me get it all set up. For the record, that little red phone with its wonky typing is the devil. Ok, so the battery last like a week straight, but it takes about a week to type one sentence so it's a wash. I changed something in my email and I couldn't get it to work anymore, so I visited Lezli one afternoon and she fixed me up. Today I went in because my sister gave me her old Pantec phone. Once again, Lezli was a doll and got me set up in about 5 minutes flat. She updated my plan (and even saved me $5) and got me set up on email, etc. Lezli has helped me time and time again, for free, I cannot say enough good things about her and this location. read more

ATT DIGITAL LIFE I can not say enough bad things about this service. To keep this short and my blood pressure down, I will name the key reasons why this service is horrendous: 1. They set my account up under the wrong phone #. The first time my kids tripped the alarm, the police showed up because ATT had no way of confirming I was safe and this was an accident. 2. After I called in and gave them my correct phone number, this nightmare scenario happened again?! How can you get someone phone number wrong 2xs. 3. My whole system broke down and my front door key pad stopped working! I was locked out of my own home. ATT wanted to charge me $99 to get it fixed! I had to use my garage for a while until they agreed to send someone out. 4. They no longer call my phone number if the alarm gets tripped. Thank God they finally put the right # in but now they will not call it!!! Stay away and save your money. Worst service ever! read more

I'm giving it a 5 Stars because of the service level provided by Lezli at this store. Went in to check on what could be done about upgrading my phone - she was very helpful and explained the process very well. She was also very informative about plans for phones as well as U-Verse. Intended to turn in my old i-phone for rebate and did, but the next morning realized that I wished to give to my neighbor - e-mailed and sure enough, the phone was still around, had not been erased yet and was able to work out an arrangement to have the phone back. It all was very efficient. Can't say enough about people understanding service - Lezli at AT&T certainly does understand this concept! read more

It's a wonderful store specifically designed to give customers that walk in an individual and catered experience with their own representative to work with them. Waited 40 minutes. Got skipped over like I wasn't there when someone else came in. Two employees that weren't doing much but sitting around. Didn't even bother to ask me what I needed while they sat around doing what appeared to be nothing with another customer. Once they did finally get to me. They had no clue about the services and products I wanted to buy. What a joke. Total waste of my time. When I got home I got on the phone with AT&T. First world problem: We needed to get the Otterbox on the new iPhone 5S unstuck. We were greeted by David, who snapped open the case in seconds after we stepped through the door. He saved us time with the phone activation by showing us a number to call to activate. First world problem solved. read more

The salesperson was helpful and talked me into buying an iPad. He said it will be activated with data but at anytime I can choose to turn off the data. I called At&T today (4 weeks later) to turn off data on the iPad and they said since it was over 14 days I am now locked into a 2 YEAR Contract and cannot remove the data. So I have to pay an extra $10 a month on my bill for the next 2 YEARS. WHAT A SCAM! read more

My wife went by this store this weekend to get a phone added to our account. She left having spoken to a salesman about security and DirectTV rates. He told her she could reserve special pricing with $20 hold and no obligation. Just call if we want to move forward. Next thing we know we are getting hardware in the mail and an appointment for installation. Cancelling something we didn't sign up for is now taking hours. read more

No help at all... Had an issue with my phone and this place was little to no help. They ended up sending me to a location WAY up North and then that place was even worse given that they made me drive all of the way there in order to tell me that I needed to get a new phone. The worst customer service EVER! I stopped by to learn about what I need to do to get my IPhone (which I had purchased in the same store) unlocked. The employee, Jonathan acted like I was bothering him from the minute I approached him. He handed me a flyer with the info. The more questions I asked, the ruder he got.. Finally he walked away and sent the manager to help me. The manager Maria? did not help either! It is so disappointing to see that they have answers to everything when they are trying to sell something. But when customers need something, they don't know ANYTHING! I went in here with the intention to buy a hotspot to temporarily use while I wait for my internet to get installed. I had an older plan that was only giving me 5GB worth of data that was being quickly used up. The AT&T rep that I was working with saw that I was on an old plan and offered to switch me over to a new plan with 10GB of data that was literally the same price. Update regarding ATT Uverse, or more accurately "The Worst," we were sold guaranteed bandwidth so we expected to be able to stream a non-HD movie classic off Amazon for the Christmas crowd. Nope, error message we were bandwidth limited. Called the customer service 800 number which connects to an offshore call center, English is not their first language, after many excuses and attempts to blow off the customer the rep. finally says ATT has an outage, we'll call you back tomorrow by 4 PM. The day after Christmas because that's when we want to watch the Christmas shows, right! Well, day after rolls around no call until 6 PM and the rep asks is the problem fixed, you would think they would know that?, sadly no problem is not fix and there's no resolution because ATT hides behind the 800 number which goes nowhere. Consequently, guest are gone Christmas plan a wash out, problem not resolved, NO WONDER ATT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING! Run Forrest R ...AT&T reps at the store can't be trusted. What they tell you will be your price and ongoing cost changes once again a different bill for this month than last. Perhaps we're paying for AT&T recent acquisitions? read more

Came in to down grade to an older phone. Super simple. Moki was super cool about it and we were getting it done. Then the manager of the store swoops in asks my young daughter inappropriate questions then askes me all about myself and where I live.I'm friendly, he's trying to sell, I get it. But know when a customer is asking you politely to piss off..I don't want to buy anything he was selling and I was trying to be nice telling him so. He didn't get the hint and got pushy. I was sold on internet. complete waste of time. was promised "dedicated 8mbps" got 3 and was told it would get faster in time. of course it didn't. they are just buying time until the 2 weeks are up and I am bound to contract. Have gone to this store in the past with not much success. However, I needed in-person assistance, so I attempted again. Nothing has changed with the service. I don't know if people have changed at this location. The manager, Paul, did not seem like he should be in charge. If I walked around like he did at my job, I might be looking for a job at ATT. Be aware - When I purchased my new phone and Lifeproof case, I was told by the sales person that I do not need to buy insurance because Lifeproof will replace your phone if it's damaged. Well that is not the case and AT&T takes no responsibility for what their salesperson told me. So now that I found out that a Lifeproof case really isn't waterproof, I am out a phone. Plus all my pictures of my 5 month old baby. Be aware - Lifeproofs position is "Under no circumstances will Lifeproof repair or replace a damaged device." read more

Walked into the store and there were about 6 employees and one customer. The place spelled terrible and the employees walked around pretending they have some other work besides selling phones to customers. Are they independent contractors? Their inactivity looks bad but I can't imagine what the place would smell like if it was busy. read more

I went inside unsure if I was buying a phone. Joe was amazing. He gave me space to think and browse, but was there to answer any questions. I never felt pressured to buy something, which is nice the week before Christmas. The store is always clean and it is the second phone I have purchased at this location.
