Then I went to the Verizon store in new Braunfels in the Creekside shopping area and all they were were a bunch of worthless people that just gave excuses and no solutions. I've been a Verizon customer for 25 years and I was ready to go to Cricket. I walked into this place and a young lady by the name of Domonique was there to wait on me. She gave me outstanding service without all the stupid bullshit. She pulled up my information on the computer and saw all the service problems I've had from on the phone and she stepped up and took control, and I walked out of there with the phone without any headaches or hassles or extra cost. She restored my faith in Verizon and made sure I did not leave that store till all my phone needs were taken care of. She gave something that people have gotten away from in business and that is good service. I live in Canyon Lake, Texas, but I would be willing to come back all the way and drive to Portland Texas to deal with this young lady if I have any Verizon needs again. I hope Verizon recognizes this young lady for the outstanding work that she does in that store. Thank you, Miss Domonique! Thad Rozas
