Then I went to the Verizon store in new Braunfels in the Creekside shopping area and all they were were a bunch of worthless people that just gave excuses and no solutions. I've been a Verizon customer for 25 years and I was ready to go to Cricket. I walked into this place and a young lady by the name of Domonique was there to wait on me. She gave me outstanding service without all the stupid bullshit. She pulled up my information on the computer and saw all the service problems I've had from on the phone and she stepped up and took control, and I walked out of there with the phone without any headaches or hassles or extra cost. She restored my faith in Verizon and made sure I did not leave that store till all my phone needs were taken care of. She gave something that people have gotten away from in business and that is good service. I live in Canyon Lake, Texas, but I would be willing to come back all the way and drive to Portland Texas to deal with this young lady if I have any Verizon needs again. So I said well can't I get a store credit I'll come back and get it here. NO SIR! I cannot help you. You took to long so it's yours have a good day I have other customers. The store employees are giving inaccurate store/return polices from the ones higher above therefore they are unable to relay proper correct information to the customers. The manager Damon was contradicting herself and making up polices as she went along. She was very confrontational and kept back tracking on what she would say. My husband and I have been a loyal customer there for a few years now! And after having to deal with that manager Damon Boot barn has lost all my respect and all my business. She should not be in charge. I definitely will be letting friends and family know to shop elsewhere. No customer should have to go through what I went through today.
