They both looked at my phone got model and serial number of phone to order. A week later I called(28th) and they tell me it has shipped but it was between Maine and us but had no tracking. I called numerous times during the week and even texting with no response. My wife calls them on Friday the 10th and they tell her the battery shows to come in between 14th -20th. We requested tracking that they agreed to send but we never received. I finally call back on Saturday the 18th and they tell me my battery is in so I rush in to get my battery installed. They get my information again to work on phone and I leave it with the lady owner and she says give her an hour to work on. After the whole month of waiting handing her my phone when I come back an hour later she says she cannot work on my phone because they do not have the tools for it and could break my glass. I was very unhappy that at the beginning they did not say this or I would have went somewhere else. Both owners were present when I ordered battery and they saw my phone. This was a terrible experience and will never go back.
