What we got is a lovely stove, nicely installed but not what was pictured online. The price for this range was double that it should have been. I found the same model online for $800. Be sure to take a screen shot off what was being advertised. I did not take the screen shot so I have no proof that they were doing the classic 'bait and switch' and taking advantage of the pandemic.

I purchased a GE Dryer on November 4, 2024, and it has already broken down twice. Each time,…read moregetting it repaired has been a nightmare. It takes weeks just to get a service technician out, and even after the so-called "repair," the dryer broke down again. I contacted the store just 40 days after purchasing only to be told there was nothing they could do because it was under warranty. What's most frustrating is that GE doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience this causes. I've had to waste countless hours scheduling service appointments, waiting for technicians, and dealing with a broken appliance in the meantime. I've even responded to multiple customer service surveys that promise a follow-up, but no one has ever contacted me. It feels like GE just wants to check a box rather than actually address their customers' concerns. For a brand of GE's reputation, I expected better. Instead, I've been stuck with a poorly made dryer and a customer service experience that shows zero concern for the time, effort, and frustration their customers go through. I would strongly advise against buying this dryer--or any GE appliance--unless you're ready for an endless cycle of breakdowns, delays, and empty promises.

A common theme seems to be that once they have your money, it's pretty much a "go eff yourself" attitude regarding after the sale support. My experience ranged from not getting my original order correct first to multiple deliveries to try to resolve the issue. After contacting the store and explaining to the manager what had happened, it was decided that they would re-order the needed parts to resolve the issue and then set up a time to install. Ended up playing phone tag with the manager for nearly a week after this....either my messages were not passed on by staff or they were simply ignored.
