The owner stated that they work on them all the time..he diagnosed the problem as a bad flywheel, so at the cost of $6,000 we ordered a new wheel..it WAS NOT the flywheel. The new wheel did the exact same thing.. My husband took it upon his self to rebuild the driveshaft at a cost of $1800, even though this machine shop said it WAS NOT the driveshaft. They claimed they gauged it and it was definitely a warped wheel, not the driveshaft. Well, after my husband completed the rebuild of the driveshaft, WOW!!! Like Brand New! Luckily we were able to return the flywheel to the company we ordered from for credit. When we asked Custom Machine Shop to make it right by covering the cost to ship back, ie; less than $200, they told us no, they could not do that, even though they misdiagnosed the issue completely, and then told me it was my decision to order the wheel..REALLY? Not to mention, they charged us $380 to install a flywheel we did not need..no credit for that either.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

I told him "no, we are just looking around". My wife and I made our way through the store, and upon going towards the back we noticed an open door to what seemed to be another room with merchandise neatly displayed with prices so we assumed it was merchandise for sale. We were in there for about 30 seconds when the employee from the front came back into the room and said very aggressively "can I help you?". I told him once again no that we were just looking around. He then again aggressively told us "well if you aren't talking money you need to get up out my store, I don't have time to waste with y'all". We then fearfully made a quick walk to the front door and left. It seemed like there is some kind of illegal activity going on in the back of the business and we stumbled upon something that we weren't supposed to see. I would definitely not recommend coming here.

When it…read morewent down and Frank was repairing it, he explained everything better and professionally and pointed out that our generator needed to be serviced every 100 hours of use with a section of the generator that had not been service or that we even knew that it needed to be serviced. He explained things to us to our understanding better than any of the past servicemen who had ever been here before. We now actually, understand how it works. Also, stated he would be back in 400 hours to reservice it again. We found him excellent and give him a 150% positive!! Thank you very much for having him as an employee!!! The Adams Family.

I had my generator installation starting in early March. It took a few weeks with city inspections…read more I opened both gate, one on each side of the house. I let the crew know the other side was open tp get the ditchwitch in. They picked the closest gate. The ditchwitch couldn't make the turn through the gate. After several minutes they gave up and when around the house. They had already pushed the post out. This knocked the gate out of alignment. I talked to Robert to president of Generator Supercenter. He came to look at the gate and said they would take care of it. They scheduled a time to come by for the repair. It was a no show. I called and was told the crew was tied up on another job and would reschedule at another time. I called after waiting 45 minutes and they showed up 30 minutes later. Neither one of the two guys knew a thing about how to fix a fence. They said this is going to take longer than an hour and they needed to install another generator somewhere else. They agreed to come by on Tuesday the next week. I called on Monday to verify and the date was changed to Thursday. I had taken the day off on Tuesday. All I got was the run around. I ended up going to Lowe's and getting the materials and doing it myself. Only took 2 1/2 hours picking everything up to putting my tools away. The install was fine, they just don't show up on the agreed schedule. They show up when they want to.
