I've been a customer of Premier for about 4 years and everytime I've been there the people are all super friendly and for the most part, helpful & knowledgeable. I don't have to go in too often but lately I've noticed a lot of new employees and have rarely found 1 that wasn't quite as good as the rest. That's only happened once or twice, though & they were still decent. Premier has a HUGE selection of products for vaping, CBD and others, as well as some cool gifts/decor for that special "head" in your life! They used to be almost all vape products but have really expanded their product range with Texas' changes to the laws regarding THC. I see that they've also changed the name to include, "Dispensary." Now hopefully Texas will make up its mind with THC. I mainly only buy the house made vape e-juices and vape supplies like, coils, batteries, etc. Of the house made e-juices, they offer more flavors than any place I've ever been to!!! Their prices for house made e-juices are very good, too. I haven't read any of the other reviews so I don't know what others are saying for the less than 4 star rating and I'm curious about it. I've gone to them numerous times with vape issues, my vape just not reading coils anymore, or my second vape not charging batteries properly, or me running out of my current coil and since they didn't have my specific coil in stock they were able to get me a temporary disposable tank that worked with my vape, and my most recent issue was my vape wouldn't read and just said "atomizer short." Each time they took care of me, and found me a solution that wasn't me buying a whole new vape kit, which saved me $$$$. I've been to other places locally and have been sold crappy coils by off brands because they didn't have my usual coils in stock. Staff at this shop are knowledgeable about their products and won't carry it or sell it to you if they haven't personally tried it themselves and stand by it. read more

Absolutely ridiculous costumer service. If you are just starting out with vapes I wouldn't go to this place. They will sell you everything else but the things you actually need and when u finally do buy the things u need they break for no reason days later. Prices of items go up by the day and depending on how s**** the employees feel that day and it's not like the 'owner' does anything about anything. They cheat people of there money to make a buck and even reuse nicotine from the bottle when making 'house juices' I got sold a vape that caused me to get chest pains and end up going to hospital 4 times because when I bought it, it was broke and I didnt know it wasn't suppose to pop when it was being used nor leak everytime I filled it. Bought another one from another store close by and didn't do it at all. Haven't had any problems and was properly informed about using vapes and how to replace certain parts. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
