While my experience there is ALWAYS pleasant and Noah is one of the BEST employees/managers he always keeps what I get stocked its really disappointing how a company will allow you to receive rewards points but don't allow you to use your rewards points on what you want. Very disappointing and this is in no way a reflection on Noah on his team this is a reflection on the company themselves read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a vape shop, and I have been to A LOT of vape shops, I'm talking hundreds. I worked at a smoke shop myself for 2 years, so trust me when I say I have a lot of experience in the industry. I went in to purchase some coils for my box mod, I asked the employee 3 seperate times if they were the correct coils, i said the exact model and brand each time, all 3 times they said it was the correct item. I purchased the item and walked out only to find it was not at all what I had asked for. I went back in to exchange the coils and was told that they would only exchange 2 of the 3 coils in the package, as "they usually wont exchange items at all". I tried to be calm and ask kindly to either get what i paid for or get a refund, I was met with a screaming employee who called me blind, stupid, a bitch, and a pussy... I then told him I will either he getting my product or the cops will be there shortly. The employee responded by saying and I quote "get the fuck out of my shop right now or ill beat the shit out of you and give you something to call the cops for" he then ran from behind the counter and got up close in my face, and yelled spraying spit all over my face while bumping into me. Might I add that there were other customers inside who seemed very uncomfortable and scared with the situation! The employee repeatedly yelled at me to "get the fuck out and call the cops or get fucked up and have a real reason to call them" I had a large portion of the interaction recorded as he was getting increasingly violent. Obviously I called the cops, the employee fled the scene in his truck. The cops were very helpful, they were able to get my refund and said that they get complaints about Vape City constantly. Absolutely unacceptable! I was truly shocked by how horrible and rude the entire staff was. It was truly shocking, do not ever shop here! I did not know such terrible service could exist. I will Absolutely never return. Plus the prices were absolutely ridiculous, almost 2× as high as standard. read more

Extremely overpriced items. Would definitely not recommend. 60ml vape juice for $37. That is wildly overpriced.

this store had the most unprofessional and terrible worker for our first visit to this store. we were harassed and threatened because we asked for a refund beacuse we were given the wrong product. had to call the authorities because the person tried to get physical read more

Price gauging is their main business, 50 dollar mark up on tanks is insane, the men behind the counters also not knowledgeable of the products they are selling read more

Lady who "helped" my boyfriend and his friend find a piece said if the piece didn't fit they could go back and exchange it for another piece that would fit, went back 30 mins later and a different man was there we let him know what happen even had a receipt to show he then texted the lady who helped us we were told he couldn't help us because they don't exchange or return products only if the product is damaged. Moral of the story- know what you want and don't ask the workers for help because it's not correct information read more

At first this shop was great I'm Not 21 but they still sold to me because of the grandfather law but now the stores gone down the drain.I went in the other day to buy a vape and the girl working there went to highschool with me and is 18 I went to buy and she's asked are you 21 I said no I'm 20 but I've been buying here for the last year at least 300 a week and she has the audacity to say I have to be 21 to be in the store when she's 18. Overall don't go here ever worst customer service and appreciation ever. read more

No return policy on glass sucks because some of it is cheaply made to be honest. Friendly staff thou

So I'm from out of town and I was calling to see what kind of disposables they had they told me and I hung up to do a little research called back because I was satisfied with what I found and I asked for price and it's COMPANY POLICY NOT TO DISCUSS THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE like what a f***ing joke and after reading other reviews of there products being extremely over priced I will NOT be conducting business with this pitiful excuse of a vape chain store maybe if they would have told me the price even tho I'm sure it is expensive I would have bought it but not for refusal of price discussion read more

First of all if you to be ripped off from your points, this is the place to go. I have collected well enough points and spent a lot of money in this store to collect the Fivestars points just to get told I can't use them on whatever I want.I collected points for a reason. Worst customer-service. Not to mention not being able to use these points Over the last two month because these systems were down. I overlooked the issue of not being able to get my exact change back EVERY TIME I purchased something in the this store. The employees always said the same thing, "we don't have any change can I short you this time?" So you guys technically owe me money in the first place!! But to then tell me I can't buy a simple vape pen with the points that I have collected by spending my money in your store, is ridiculous!!! Don't waste your time getting ripped off in this store!!! Never again will I come back. read more

Daniella was amazing! I went to a different location (saratoga) and met the worlds biggest douschebag and most incompetent employee ever (Jeremy). I was sold a defective tank two weeks ago that wouldn't unscrew so I could get the coil out. Jeremy told me I had twelve hours to exchange my $60 tank. Daniella informed me that was wrong and happily exchanged my tank after trying tirelessly to get the bottom off. Management: hire more people like daniella and less like Jeremy. He had only been there a week, didn't know the company policy and almost caused you to lose a loyal customer. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everything over priced, terrible customer service, cheap products! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible customer service, i bought 2 air bar lux devices yesterday and tried them both out in store and seemed to work until i got home. Before i even got done telling the cashier what was wrong she cut me off with an "i would not be able to do anything for you sorry" and continued braiding her hair. Nasty mf. read more
