I don't have to go in too often but lately I've noticed a lot of new employees and have rarely found 1 that wasn't quite as good as the rest. That's only happened once or twice, though & they were still decent. Premier has a HUGE selection of products for vaping, CBD and others, as well as some cool gifts/decor for that special "head" in your life! They used to be almost all vape products but have really expanded their product range with Texas' changes to the laws regarding THC. I see that they've also changed the name to include, "Dispensary." Now hopefully Texas will make up its mind with THC. I mainly only buy the house made vape e-juices and vape supplies like, coils, batteries, etc. Of the house made e-juices, they offer more flavors than any place I've ever been to!!! Their prices for house made e-juices are very good, too. I haven't read any of the other reviews so I don't know what others are saying for the less than 4 star rating and I'm curious about it. As far as I'm concerned, Premier Vape (& Dispensary) is a mighty fine place!

I worked at a smoke shop myself for 2 years, so trust me when I say I have a lot of experience in the industry. I went in to purchase some coils for my box mod, I asked the employee 3 seperate times if they were the correct coils, i said the exact model and brand each time, all 3 times they said it was the correct item. I purchased the item and walked out only to find it was not at all what I had asked for. I went back in to exchange the coils and was told that they would only exchange 2 of the 3 coils in the package, as "they usually wont exchange items at all". I tried to be calm and ask kindly to either get what i paid for or get a refund, I was met with a screaming employee who called me blind, stupid, a bitch, and a pussy... I then told him I will either he getting my product or the cops will be there shortly. The employee responded by saying and I quote "get the fuck out of my shop right now or ill beat the shit out of you and give you something to call the cops for" he then ran from behind the counter and got up close in my face, and yelled spraying spit all over my face while bumping into me. Might I add that there were other customers inside who seemed very uncomfortable and scared with the situation! The employee repeatedly yelled at me to "get the fuck out and call the cops or get fucked up and have a real reason to call them" I had a large portion of the interaction recorded as he was getting increasingly violent. Obviously I called the cops, the employee fled the scene in his truck. The cops were very helpful, they were able to get my refund and said that they get complaints about Vape City constantly. Absolutely unacceptable! I was truly shocked by how horrible and rude the entire staff was. It was truly shocking, do not ever shop here! I did not know such terrible service could exist. I will Absolutely never return. Plus the prices were absolutely ridiculous, almost 2× as high as standard.

They offer a decent selection of vaping accessories, mods, and extra parts. The selection isn't huge, but they can certainly get you what you need to make your vape contraption work. The have a very wide selection of liquids, many with ridiculous sounding names, like "alien snot" or "santa sweat." They let you try out the flavors before you buy them, and there seemed to be a good crowd of people hanging out just sampling flavors. Parking was easy, and there's other cool shops in the same shopping center.
