My experience with Tech Time was entirely positive. When my wife let a hacker into her computer after an email and phone scam, they were able to restore machine quickly at a reasonable cost. They told us what they were going to do, they did it, and they gave us a printout of what they did; and charged us exactly the quoted price. Nice folks. I thought I brought in a dying computer that another repair service said was really messed up. Tech Time was able to fix it and get a scanner installed (that started the whole mess) in about 2 days (had to wait for parts).
