After talking to them numerous times on the phone and in person I found out that there were some weird charges on my bills that I never made as well as those hidden fees that they always say that they don't have. I never made any charges on my account because at the time I could barely afford the bill I had but I needed a phone due to my kids and work. For some reason, my service was also always on roaming which made no sense to me since I didn't ever leave the coverage area. My calls were always dropping. My cell service was just horrible. The last time I went in there I paid my bill then I gave my phone back and told them I wanted to cancel my service with them. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail that said I owed 1200 dollars. Not sure how that happened since I returned my phone and canceled my service weeks before this bill came. They say that I didn't pay them and it racked up these crazy fees. This went on my credit for a few years until somebody finally paid attention and looked at my proof of payment and took it off of my credit. I will never go back to this company again.
