This explanation was previously included in the price of the testing. I spoke with Gabby Martinez and her office staff and eventually paid the additional money to schedule an appointment for my hour long phone consultation with a health coach Ashley Swanson. I took the morning off work but no phone call. I was unable to reach anyone at the office. Later that day I got a message saying Ashley had rescheduled my appointment for the following week. I have made several phone calls to ask for a partial refund for my "consultation " due to having to the missed appointment and missed work. I have called several times, spoken to several office staff, crickets.. The following week I did have my health consultant Ashley call to summarize my results. The phone call lasted 30 minutes. This is not how to treat new patients to build a practice of loyal customers. They sell all the recommended supplements and would have purchased them there.

I complete the tests on a Friday, I ask the front desk, "If I come in on Monday, will he at least have the results of the one test that was completed in office." She states yes. I go into the office to go over the results of that one test the following Monday, in which I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time to see him for 2 minutes to tell me nothing is wrong. What made this situation even more worse is that while I was waiting to see him I hear him in the hall say, "Well I never looked over her test." I am upset that I waited that long, that he never looked over the results, that he spent little to no time with me and that she stated that he would look over it prior to my appt. I asked for a copy of the report while I was in office and Dr Malholtra said no, that I needed to wait. No reasoning as to why I could not get a copy of the report. To make matters worse, I call 2 weeks later as I have not heard anything for the second test, they tell me I need to come in to get the results and pay another copay. I say "well if nothing is wrong, I do not want to waste my time and another copay, I am assuming that if something was, he would and should have called me sooner." She states "Yeah, it's just a routine test." Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone to come here and Dr Malholtra and his staff should be ashamed of the poor quality care the have given me.

My Primary Care Physician referred me to Dr. Desai because she is probably the only cardiologist who really understands the complexities of Disautonomia. Dr. Desai also understands how Mast Cell Disease, Ehlers Danlos and Myesthenia Gravis impacts my Adrenal Insufficiency. I've seen local cardiologists and doctors at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Md and Dr. Desai is the only one who has really seen and addressed the big picture. I firmly believe that Dr. Desai offers knowledge and expertise not offered by any other cardiologists in the valley. I am so grateful she is partnering with me to improve my quality of life.

Current issue, they are BALANCE BILLING me for monitoring of my pacemaker. Prior to the monitoring they need to get insurance approval and then the full balance is paid. (Yes, I explained this before to their billing partner with a person from my insurance company on the line) Instead they are billing me for 2 separate monitoringsessionsand expect me to pay $30 each time. FYI ~ I never receive notification of the monitoring or of the results of the monitoring.

After my stress test had begun, one of the staff came in and scolded me because I was not swinging my legs. Yet no one had told me I was supposed to do that during the test, let alone tell me when I was supposed to stop swinging my legs. I don't feel confident that the test results would be accurate since I was not given appropriate instructions prior to them starting the test. I do not recommend this place. I was scheduled for pre- testing for the Watchman within a week and 3 weeks from them I had the procedure done. The staff at his office in Goodyear were courteous to me and my wife. Dr Yassin is a phenomenal skilled surgeon who takes a person tone with his patients. This is very reassuring when your heart is involved. The operation was successful.
