I have never felt rushed, and from my first appointment, I have felt relief of my discomfort, that has really improved, with his treatments. Dr. Hrabak has recommended me to an ENT, also, which at times I have needed to see, but also he makes certain of his, diagnosis and treatment are effective. Dr. Todd Hrabak, has always been able to help with my allergies and sinus issues. He has, through his Knowledge, to figure out, diagnosis that relate to seeing my family Doctor or a specialist in that field. He has a great staff and assistant. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Thank You, Dr Hrabak.

I tried time and again to give him and his practice benefit of the doubt but was repeatedly disappointed. Other offices I now see allow for immediate computer check-in and shots administered within 2 minutes of arrival with pleasant, efficient smiling faces. Lastly, never had any reactions from Hrabak's immunotherapy which now makes me see that I wasn't ever getting the proper dosage. Never had any improvement after two years of diligent attendance. I hate leaving negative reviews but once in awhile consumers need to be advised. Finally, I personally found Dr Hrabak to have missed the mark on many points.

FINAL UPDATE- I just received a call from a wonderful lady, Chris. I forgot her title but she spoke…read morewith Dr. Maddox and after reviewing all the notes of ALLL my calls she was able to fix the issues with the billing department and insurance beyond my expectations! After 6 months we can put the case to rest. As I had assumed it was all the billing department (and also my insurance company) and not their staff. My insurance company had also given me two different answers so I believe my insurance company did the same to them and that's what kicked this whole thing off to begin with. AAAI is under new management or changing management from this billing department and trying to get it up to the standards their practice strives for and with insurance companies "changing their minds" I'm sure it has added to the difficulty of their job. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and that we can continue to see Dr. Maddox. We really like him so that is a huge plus in my eyes. So the take away from ALL of this is that the staff there has continually been amazing and done their best to fix this but was constantly limited by the billing company. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. It looks like they are getting the billing under control. I've updated my "Stars" to reflect the care we have received in house which has always been a 5! If you've followed my story, thank you and I hope it has been helpful. (Had to delete update 2 in order to fit final update) UPDATE- after I told Toni I'd be writing the Dr and posting on Yelp, she called me back same day (first time ever like I knew would happen) and are now saying I'm 100% responsible because my insurance, whether deductible was met or not, does not cover the shots. THEIR OFFICE is the one that told me they were covered 100% after I met my deductible! Or I would not have done it yet! So now I'm waiting on a call back from the billing manager (the one they've refused me contact with until now). I cannot believe this... I will update again after speaking with the billing manager. It took 5 months for them to come to that "resolution". I will be fighting this. Original Review- I absolutely love the front of house staff and my son's doctor, Dr. Maddox. He is knowledgeable and wonderful to use, so I don't want to take away from that. My problem is with the billing department. My son needed allergy shots ($2k+) however, if you've met your deductible with my insurance, it's covered at 100%. I called weeks before our policy renewed and asked to clarify multiple times that they would be billing my insurance immediately since it was going to renew soon and I didn't have $2k on hand. I was assured all 3 times by the nurse I spoke to that they would. Soon enough I get a bill for $2k and the submit date was the exact day my insurance renewed! So they billed me the full $2k. I have called and gone in person over 5 times. Each time I am told something different and they've even gone as far as lying saying they've resubmitted it and just waiting to hear back from my insurance which I was later told never happened by another person at the office. Toni has been the one I've been in touch and she has failed to call me back at least 3 times. Each time I'm told they will be forwarding the information to someone else to "make a decision". I've also been offered a 20% discount! So I'd only be out $1600! That is absolutely insane. They said something on the bill needed to change before they could resubmit it, I said "yes the date needs to be changed". That was ignored. Toni has done nothing to continue to follow up on my case. Today after calling her back 3/4 weeks after she promised to call me back said that the billing manager is still trying to come up with a decision.. I'm not sure what decision needs to be made? It's like they are doing everything in their power to NOT solve this issue. Even after she promised to call me back by the end of the week, when I have to call back, her excuse is still "nothing has changed", even though she assured me she'd call me back either way. They send an email to someone (refuse to give me the name or info of who) then just drop it and not call me back as promised EVERY TIME. It's been 6 months since I started this, they send me bills monthly. I can only imagine how much money people may be losing because of their lack of effort or care. I will be emailing my son's Dr personally next and hopefully between my Yelp review and that, MAYBE they will actually do something about it. Absolutely worst billing department I've ever dealt with. Toni specifically has been the worst. I hope they find someone more competent for the job.

His medical assistant treated us very poorly from the beginning of the appointment. She repeatedly interrupted us while we were answering her questions, rolled her eyes and made annoyed facial expressions throughout the interaction, and snapped at us for forgetting to list a medication on the paperwork. At one point, she simply walked out of the room while we were still responding to her questions. I understand medical burnout can be real, but taking that out on your patients is unacceptable and you should be ashamed of your behavior ma'am. The doctor was equally dismissive and seemed to make assumptions based on a prior medical condition rather than actually listening to our concerns. Much of the appointment turned into an unnecessary lecture about weight loss, drug use and vaping, despite us clearly explaining that we do not use drugs. We left feeling judged rather than cared for. My husband, who already has severe medical anxiety, left and stated he never wants to go back to the doctor because of this experience and how horribly he was treated. What was especially frustrating is that no testing was done for allergies or sleep apnea, despite these being concerns discussed with our primary care doctor prior to the referral and mentioned to the medical assistant. Although it says "allergy and asthma clinic" they don't do any allergy testing or treatment, as we were very curtly told by the medical assistant. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in basic compassion. Don't waste your time or hard earned money to get care here.

She is supposed to be the initial impression, face of the office and she is terrible. She is rude, disrespectful, disengaged, no eye contact, no manners and extremely arrogant and lazy. There are other front desk staff that are amazing. That being said, if I was not interrupted by another front desk person asking if she could help me (clearly she noticed how rude Lisa's behavior was), I would have walked out and never got to see how amazing everyone else was! As a manager of a medical/dental, multi- specialty office, Lisa would not be a part of my office. I hope people reading this review look past the Lisa at the front and continue on with this impressive surgical center! They are all truly wonderful! Lisa is the reason for lower rating.

She asked thoughtful questions, was incredibly thorough, and ordered the testing that ultimately led to the discovery of a para-ophthalmic aneurysm on my internal carotid artery. That decision may very well have saved my life. What impressed me most was that Cassandra did not take the easy route. She listened, investigated, and trusted her clinical judgment. Because of her diligence and attention to detail, a serious and potentially life-threatening condition was identified when it otherwise may have gone undetected. Cassandra is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She makes you feel heard, respected, and valued. In today's healthcare environment, providers who take the time to truly listen are rare, and Cassandra is one of those exceptional clinicians who goes above and beyond for her patients. I will always be grateful to her for taking my concerns seriously and for being the reason my aneurysm was discovered. She made a profound difference in my life, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. The office staff are also wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Every interaction has been positive. So in comes the "coordinator" and explains it then insurance issue comes up. I was given numbers then my insurance would cover some of it based on not meeting deductible. I went ahead and scheduled it, because after all this procedure would correct all my sinus issues. I called my insurance and they said it was out of network and then said it also requires pre authorization, which no calls have been made for it and it would be in a couple of days. I was perplexed. The coordinator would say well if insurance doesn't cover it we will work to out! Meaning would be stuck with a $6,000 procedure and have to pay it. I didn't feel comfortable with it and canceled. I got a 2nd opinion from in network ENT and told me it was an up sale and it would not have worked for me. So do your research and call insurance first. My insurance company said I made a good decision and didn't need any procedure. Just good nasal sprays etc. And my doctor said I don't have any narrowing or inflammation like they said.
