Oreste T.

To Ali Mason, I just want to clear my name and let you know what happened and how your front desk staff have been conducting themselves rudely and being inconsiderate to me on two occasions since you didn't even care to know and try to find out what happened. I thought being a Director is knowing what happened first on certain issues so you can improve and instruct your staff on how they can treat your clients better. But instead this letter you sent me stating I can no longer bring my dog toyour clinic shows you're biased and proves you don't even give a damn about my dog and his owner who have been going there for more than ten years now. If I was really rude or treated everyone there rudely you would have seen it since the beginning but this incidents only happened this year because of a couple of newly hired staff who were insensitive to me and my dog who at that time was vomiting and sick. Before placing me on hold several times for 10 minutes and the other 15 minutes I was still polite and respectful but when I tried to call again for the 3rd time whoever was at the front desk kept hanging up on me purposely more than 5 times knowing it was urgent and just needed to leave a call back message for any doctor to give me some advice. So for your information they weren't trying to assist me but ignored my call! That's why I reacted the way I did and for your information I did call the next day to appologize to the same person. But did she appologize for hanging up on me on purpose knowing it was me calling? No! Did any doctor even bother to return my call regarding my sick dog? No! And the other incident happened this year when I waited more than an hour for Dr. Smith and if I did not ask the guy at the front desk what was going on he would have not cared and continue to let me sit there with my dog for another hour knowing already before hand that the doctor had an emergency but of course he left out that detail but could have told me before hand so I didn't have to waste my time. This is how caring and accomodating your new staff are. I never cursed at anyone or have been rude or been discourteous to my dog's doctors so be careful throwing false accusations at me. If that was really the case I would have not been a loyal client for more than ten years! As an effective director you should first clarify what happened and talk to the client involved before writing them off and dismissing them just like that without knowing the other side of the story. I never had any issues with any doctors there so get your facts straight and your false accusations corrected! I would gladly go elsewhere where people's time, feelings and loyalty are greatly appreciated not just their money!

Bet there not rude!

First, the girls at the desk are great. I really like them, both are very nice and sweet.. So I…read morehave a regular vet for years but came here due to a minor thing as I could not get my vet right away. Dr. Elbasty said that my dog had a heart murmur grade 2. He gave me a price of what testing will cost and I declined it..then right away wanted to put him on heart medicine I told him no I do not want to buy any heart medicine as no testing was done to confirm this. I appreciate them seeing my dog right away for the minor issue and offering to lower the price on the medication cost.. but anything bigger I was going to my vet as I have had my share of vets that make me feel pressured into things and uncomfortable. I went to my regular vet she listened to his heart and heard a slight murmur nothing to be concerned about just yet. She took several xrays of his heart and it was fine, no blockage, all valves working good, she showed me the xrays. She said to come back and recheck in 6 months and she does not want to put him on any heart medicine and if she did, she would not put him on the one the Dr. gave me she said. Just saying its always good to get a 2nd opinion. I will have to recheck this murmur again soon and let you know if he does need meds and which ones she will put him on.

When we got there, we were greeted by the worse person ever. Didn't catch her name but she was the tall skinny black girl. Oh my god!!!!! The attitude on her and her thinking she is entitled to treat customers with the most nastiest attitude. We walked in and went to the front desk and say hello a to her and the next action pissed me off. She held out her hand and told me to stop while she was on her cell phone talking about something she ate last night. I was like wtf!!!! So her conversation about what she ate was more important than just saying hello?? Me and my husband looked at each other and just walked out. I don't know how this place stays in business hiring staff like her. Never coming here ever again and suggest everyone to stay away too. When personal calls on business hours is more important than fur babies, this isn't a place I would spend my money on.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind and polite. After waiting just a short while, a staff member came to get us and took us into another room, where we had a chance to discuss everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave me great advice. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable asking questions. They were also very transparent about the costs and gave me the information I needed to make my own decisions. The doctor was very thorough, patient, and gentle during the examination. I really appreciated how carefully they checked Milkshake and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. I'm truly happy with our experience, and I definitely don't regret bringing my little girl here. Five stars, without a doubt! I'll absolutely continue bringing Milkshake here in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl!

Second, they asked me why you are here every person, such as the receptionist, the assistant, the doctor. They don't share my information. Been here twice so far for my senior dog who will be getting the rest of his teeth extracted. He has also been showing signs of CCD/dementia. My experiences here have been great, especially considering the stress involved. Dr Silverman and Dr Udoji are both amazing. I can see that they, and their team, are very compassionate and empathetic. Everyone there has taken their time to listen to me and my concerns, has taken their time with their feedback, and I am appreciative of the follow up with suggestions for supplements, and providing information about test results. They have been very kind and understanding towards both myself and my dog (who hates going to the vet). I am very thankful.

Stop and Read! I…read moredecided to take my dog to this veterinary clinic. She suddenly couldn't walk and my husband and I decided to take her to this clinic. My dog has been healthy her whole life. Vaccines, pills, everything was done every year. After doing some research, we decided on this place. Well! We brought our dog. The receptionist was very nice and the vet technician, that is why the two stars. We explained everything to the technician, she wrote everything, she was very friendly. She left to get a veterinarian. Hum! She presented herself, proceeded to do the examination. First the eyes, and then the body. It was a simple check-up. She said that the dog was not paralyzed (without x-rays) (she never offered x-rays) and that she would prescribe some pills. She said because of the dog's age, it's probably arthritis and one tooth was broken, but that was not important for now. The veterinarian continues the conversation, saying she wants to focus on trying to get the dog to walk again. Then she says, "Because it's a big dog (pitbull). If the pills don't work," she recommends being euthanized after one month because it's too difficult to deal with a big dog. If the dog was a small breed it would be less difficult, and she wouldn't recommend being euthanized. My husband was shocked. At the moment, I didn't realize how inhumane and unprofessional the veterinarian was to recommend euthanizing at the first appointment just because the dog CAN'T WALK ! I think she chose the incorrect profession. I took my dog to the veterinarian looking for options for my dog to get better, and the first option was to KILL HER ! How in the world are you going to recommend euthanizing the first time you see a dog? The dog is fine ! All the analysis was perfect! She couldn't even do her JOB! She had one job! Help us with our dog. We paid, because money is not an issue. The issue here is that this clinic needs to fire this veterinarian and get one that actually loves animals. Thank god my husband analyzed the situation and we took our dog to another veterinary. Do yourself a favor and keep looking ! Don't come here!
