Great place to take your pet. They helped my cat Coco when she might have ingested something she shouldn't have.

When we got there, we were greeted by the worse person ever. Didn't catch her name but she was the tall skinny black girl. Oh my god!!!!! The attitude on her and her thinking she is entitled to treat customers with the most nastiest attitude. We walked in and went to the front desk and say hello a to her and the next action pissed me off. She held out her hand and told me to stop while she was on her cell phone talking about something she ate last night. I was like wtf!!!! So her conversation about what she ate was more important than just saying hello?? Me and my husband looked at each other and just walked out. I don't know how this place stays in business hiring staff like her. Never coming here ever again and suggest everyone to stay away too. When personal calls on business hours is more important than fur babies, this isn't a place I would spend my money on.

After doing some research, I found QAH and was able to get an appointment that fit our schedule. Brought Obie in, and we were greeted in the waiting room by two wonderful receptionists, who doted on Obie and gave him a treat. He was a bit anxious to be there, but he really liked the attention! We were brought back into the room, where we met with the nurse and Dr. Kuo. Obie's weight and temperature were recorded, and after reviewing his conjunctiva, they asked for permission to do an eye exam to make sure he didn't have an ulcers (so we could proceed with treatment). I asked about prices and they were completely upfront with me on everything before any testing or medications were given. They took great care of him, and were so sweet in welcoming us to the office. Obie got steroidal eye drops (that he absolutely hates) but they've definitely cleared up his eye issues thanks to Dr. Kuo and the staff at QAH. We even got a follow up phone call to see how he's doing and I got to ask some questions, as well. I'll definitely be bringing Obie back to QAH for any future issues, and his yearly check up.

I've been coming here on and off since 2020, and the bathroom still has a sign that says "Out of Order - Do Not Ask," which staff enforce by telling clients to try the pub on the corner. Additionally, although dental cleanings are frequently recommended, the office has never been able to provide a clear price, which is frustrating and undermines trust.

Steinway court vet has always been the most caring and probably one of the most amazing place to take your pet from cat to dogs the also have exotic pet vets as well. I have never been unhappy with the services and I can't help but always be happy coming here the vet are so hands on show so much care for you pets. I have experienced two different doctors for my Babies in t the location and both have always been helpful and respectful and caring. We've been to a couple of vets in the area but this one I highly recommend it so please take your babys here you'll get the best care for your baby's life this Is probably one of the only vet places I trust with my baby's life. So please if you are in the Steinway area please i highly recommend it.

Because I heard great things about this veterinarian place, I knew this was the one I had to take my piggy too. I called in first to see if I can come in. Their schedule was tight but they finally agree to let me come in because I told them I've been a few other vet places and had terrible experiences. With that said, this place was a heaven. The doctor that saw Max was kind, knowledgeable and explained in details what was the best course for Max, considering her age and situation. He did not rush to steer us toward a decision that we didn't want but explained more in details what he thought was best. Overall, this place is great for those who have exotic animals. It is super hard to find one in the city that is not trying to milk every dollar you have but actually here at Steinway Court, they really do seem to put the pet's situation first rather then suggesting a bunch of unnecessary tests that may end upcosting too much. I was very happy with the visit.

Stop and Read! I…read moredecided to take my dog to this veterinary clinic. She suddenly couldn't walk and my husband and I decided to take her to this clinic. My dog has been healthy her whole life. Vaccines, pills, everything was done every year. After doing some research, we decided on this place. Well! We brought our dog. The receptionist was very nice and the vet technician, that is why the two stars. We explained everything to the technician, she wrote everything, she was very friendly. She left to get a veterinarian. Hum! She presented herself, proceeded to do the examination. First the eyes, and then the body. It was a simple check-up. She said that the dog was not paralyzed (without x-rays) (she never offered x-rays) and that she would prescribe some pills. She said because of the dog's age, it's probably arthritis and one tooth was broken, but that was not important for now. The veterinarian continues the conversation, saying she wants to focus on trying to get the dog to walk again. Then she says, "Because it's a big dog (pitbull). If the pills don't work," she recommends being euthanized after one month because it's too difficult to deal with a big dog. If the dog was a small breed it would be less difficult, and she wouldn't recommend being euthanized. My husband was shocked. At the moment, I didn't realize how inhumane and unprofessional the veterinarian was to recommend euthanizing at the first appointment just because the dog CAN'T WALK ! I think she chose the incorrect profession. I took my dog to the veterinarian looking for options for my dog to get better, and the first option was to KILL HER ! How in the world are you going to recommend euthanizing the first time you see a dog? The dog is fine ! All the analysis was perfect! She couldn't even do her JOB! She had one job! Help us with our dog. We paid, because money is not an issue. The issue here is that this clinic needs to fire this veterinarian and get one that actually loves animals. Thank god my husband analyzed the situation and we took our dog to another veterinary. Do yourself a favor and keep looking ! Don't come here!
