Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

Our friends referred us to David Keilson. the night before and suggested we give him a call. We reached out the next morning, asked if he had a GX 550 available, and from there, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived, David greeted us, had the vehicle ready, handed us the keys, and simply said, "Take it for a drive." We had visited two other dealerships prior to this, and not one of them offered that level of trust or ease with a test drive. After our drive, David took the time to ask about our experience and walked us through the benefits of purchasing from Sewell. Before leaving, David and Jan also walked us through the technology in the vehicle, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with all the features. Since our purchase, we've returned for car washes, and both David and Jan have made a point to say hello and check in to ensure we're still happy with everything. We've had the best experience and will absolutely be back to work with David and the team at Sewell again.

I inquired about a 2023 Audi and specifically asked for an itemized breakdown of costs. The numbers I was given were very different from the advertised online price. Suddenly there was a $2,700 "black-out" package added, along with dealer fees that were not clearly reflected in the published price. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch approach where the advertised price is just there to get you in the door. On top of that, I was initially quoted only $9,000 for my trade-in, which was about $3,000 less than another dealer offered me. After I pushed back and called out the added blackout package -- which, after reading other reviews, seems like a convenient way for them to pad margin -- they suddenly increased the trade-in value. That alone told me the numbers were being manipulated. The whole experience felt like the stereotype of a used car lot: hidden add-ons, inconsistent pricing, and pressure around financing. It was also concerning to read other reviews suggesting the vehicle being advertised may not even always be the exact one available, which makes their insistence on scheduled appointments feel even more questionable. They also clearly seem to prefer in-house financing and appear resistant to outside financing, which gives the impression they are more focused on maximizing profit from the loan than being transparent with customers. Very dishonest, very unprofessional, and not the kind of place I would trust to do business with. I'm thankful I asked a lot of questions, because I can easily see how a less experienced buyer could get taken advantage of here. Buyer beware and find your next vehicle at an honest, reputable dealer and have your peace of mind.

When i finally spoke with technician he was fine but the work order didn't line up with our conversation and things were marked as discussed that were definitely not. They did not offer a loaner car, not sure if they have them but they do provide an uber to/from but then you still have to leave a tip for the driver which is annoying.

Reviews are very important. There is a huge difference between their Google reviews and their Yelp…read morereviews. When I'm making plans for a major purchase, I use all that's at my fingertips. When looking at some of their vehicles online, I submitted a quote for a potential trade-in, just in case. It does state that someone will call you regarding your trade, which was fine. I used my Google number for that reason. My issue: They have called, and have sent multiple texts since filling out the form on Monday. From that time to the current (4 days), I have received 14 calls/texts. Who does that? They, do. Crazy thing is, the calls and texts came from four different people, FOUR. Do they not keep track of who is handling a potential client and allow only that person to follow up? Also, if you're calling and texting the same person, after contacting them 14 times, why are you still attempting to contact that person? I'm happy I used my Google number; I would have been very upset if they were doing this on my actual phone. This is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be using their services when I'm ready to make a purchase.

Having just scraped a curb, I had some pretty deep, visible scratches that I assumed would mean body work or even a new wheel. I wasn't expecting perfection for $150, but that's what I ended up getting. I can no longer see or feel where the scratches were! I wish I would have taken a "before" photo along with the attached "after". As I was leaving, Khang saw some paint on my rear view mirror from where I hit my garage door gasket. He got some solvent and a cloth and removed that for me too.

This was my second time working with Adam Williams and he was just as professional and courteous this time around. I found a used Jetta in their inventory, and within 30 minutes of emailing him about it (including my goal out-the-door price), not only had Adam verified that my 4 preferred features were available on the car but he also had an out the door number to me. ALL BY EMAIL/TEXT which saved me time before coming in to sign paperwork. It is clear that Adam and the Goodson team value their customers time, and see them as more than just another dollar to be made. I cannot give them enough accolades! Our salesperson, Camden, was especially delightful! She even put together a "get well" gift basket for me for my upcoming surgery! How sweet is that? We didn't even haggle on the price of our Crosstrek, because the asking price seemed very fair! And the manager, Daniel, wasn't super pushy withe the warranty offerings, which was a relief! (I have always hated that part of the car buying process!) If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, or even a used car, I HIGHLY recommend you go see Camden at Sewell Infiniti! Sewell Infiniti of Dallas -- Complete Failure of Customer Service…read more This dealership is a textbook example of how corporate greed and rigid policy have completely replaced real customer service. I brought my vehicle in on December 17 and didn't get it back until January 5--almost three weeks. The excuse the entire time was "we're short-staffed." Fine. That's their problem. What wasn't fine was being repeatedly harassed about returning the loaner vehicle, as if I caused their staffing issues. Apparently, they can keep a customer's car for weeks due to their own internal failures, but the customer is expected to operate on a 12-hour deadline once it benefits them. Yes, I was told--very clearly--that I had 12 hours to return the loaner once repairs were completed. Meanwhile, they had zero urgency when it came to actually fixing my vehicle. That double standard is insulting. The repair estimate exceeded what my extended warranty approved because the dealership inflated labor time beyond what the warranty company considered reasonable. Let that sink in: while claiming they were understaffed and slow, they still wanted to charge more labor hours. To avoid going over my $500 deductible, I was forced to remove items from the repair list--repairs that were clearly needed. The final bill came out to $835, including a $275 diagnostic fee for a rain sensor that was not covered by my warranty. I had already provided the dealership with the entire warranty contract, so this should have been identified immediately. Instead, they pushed forward anyway and then hid behind policy when I asked for even minimal consideration. The response? The usual corporate cop-out: "That's what you agreed to over the phone." That phrase sums up everything wrong with this place. No ownership. No accountability. No common sense. Just policy weaponized against the customer. This is not "luxury service." This is transactional, inflexible, profit-first behavior wrapped in a polished showroom. Trust is nonexistent, and once trust is gone, so is repeat business. I will never return to this dealership, and I strongly advise anyone considering service here to document everything, read every line of fine print, and be prepared to fight for basic fairness. If the dealership responds to this review, I will update it publicly to reflect whether they choose accountability--or double down on the same corporate indifference that caused this experience in the first place.
