Rodney is the man! AAA service, upsold me on the tire replacement at the shop. Everything was great, organized, clean and professional.

If AAA sends someone out to give you a tow and you see Assured Collision on the truck... RUN. Do not let them touch your car!!! AAA sent Assured Collision to change the tire on my sons car. For some reason they said they could not change it and would have to tow it. They came out and attached the hook to the bumper... needless to say they pulled the bumper off the car, the car rolled off the truck and down the street. They refused to take responsibility and we had to have AAA intercede. Two weeks later my wife had a flat and they came out and when they went to change the tire they broke the wheel key and the lug nut. They towed my car to my driveway and dumped it, again refusing to take responsibility. AAA again had to intercede but this was after we spent over $150.00 on taxis so my wife could get to work!!! Very bad experience. Don't ever go to small shops. All what they try to do is to ripped you off.

They are horrible. I have been waiting for them since 652 am. It's now 820. They sent someone in a truck who's battery charger did not work. If they couldn't jump they were supposed to tow - the guy was strange and nasty and refused to tie the car. I am now over an hour late for service appt and am at their mercy because they are aaa's vendor. They replaced a battery and charged me $146 it wasn't the issue. The guy that cane today said I need. New battery I told him I had a 3 year warranty it's two weeks old he told me to call aaa I said please just tow the car that's what I called for he grumbled and left. They're incompetent scam artists who shouldn't be allowed to represent aaa and shouldn't be dealing with people. They're awful read more

I've used assured collision when I was traveling up north. They were very professional. The rates were reasonable considering it was in the middle of a rain storm. I used their repair service as well and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend coming from a picky customer. read more

I've had many vehicles towed and I know that it's costly, so I wasn't surprised at all at the cost of the tow, mileage and storage. What I am surprised at is the $90. gate/release fee that I was charged for someone to (in the words of the very unprofessional young woman working the front counter) "open the gate and close it again". I've never been charged that by any tow company before. This was during regular business hours when there were a number of employees around, so it's not like anyone has to come from home or anything to open the gate. They are already there. When I questioned it, I received a response of "the state lets us charge that". This is on top of the storage fee. If you have the choice, definitely use another company. read more

I'm not rating Assured Collision of their service because I'll never use them. I just drove home the the Cape and noticed a big beautiful shiny green and yellow truck beside me on the Bourne Bridge. A minute later on 495N I noticed that big shiny truck about three feet behind me. All I could see was the big shiny grill he was so close. I was traveling at 78 MPH in the middle of three lanes and that truck was right on me for at least three miles. I pulled into the LEFT lane to get away from him and he sped ahead, weaving back and forth from the middle to right lane to pass as many cars as he could. I found it very ironic that when he pulled past me the name on the truck was ASSUED COLLISION. That's for sure. I plan to report this to AAA since his driving was so dangerous he could have killed many people. Nice truck though. read more

My experience with Assured was very disconcerting. I was stopped by police and it turned out my car was not registered (unknown to me--a mixup with the Registry and Insurance). But because of this, it had to be towed. Assured came and took my car back to their location. Within 30 minutes I got the registration issue resolved and called Assured to pick up the vehicle. The cost to pick it up? $228! I was floored. I complained, but with towing, there's not much you can do--you have no choice if you want your car back, and they know it and exploit it. At most, the driver took 45 minutes to drive the less than 10-mile round trip, hook up the car, and take it back to their location. I was even expecting to pay a "premium" for something like this, maybe a $100 or so (for both "towing and storage"). They claimed those are rates the state allows them to charge since it was called in my civil authorities. But it now makes me question their whole business model if they are willing to price gouge on towing where a consumer has little recourse. It was absurd. read more

Car towed after an accident. Insurance company was involved and prepared to pay for tow and storage. When I told them I was bringing it to another auto body repair place for repairs, they said the tow and storage had to be paid in full (understandable) in CASH, TODAY, over $700 for 6 days. The insurance company had already agreed to pay but to get my car, but I had to pay the bill and get reimbutsed from the insurance company. If I was the IRS, I might look into this "cash only" policy. Attorney General and Better Business Bureau will be getting letters soon. read more

I would not do business with Assured Collision. Assured Collision was called through AAA to come to my house to unlock my wife's car. After getting the keys out of the car Tommy, the service guy, instructed my wife that he was required to do a service check on the car. Alas, he found that my 3-month old battery needed to replaced. However, he failed to tell my wife that she could simply return the battery to Sears (it was a Sears Die Hard Gold) and instead replaced the battery. Nice! Really unnecessary and we feel like he scammed my wife. When I tried to get my battery back (only 4 hours later) they said it was taken away to be recycled. Neither AAA or Assured Collision will step up to the plate refund my money. Tommy boy probably has a new battery in his girlfriends car. read more

Not too happy with Assured Collision here in Walpole of West Street. Carol Johnson's car needed to be towed because it wouldn't start and the tow driver ask us to give their garage a try. We did, Mistake! He said their rate would be cheaper because we were AAA members. Not true. He stated the discount would be $20 off per hour than their normal rate. Not! When question they gave the excuse that the driver was given out wrong information! The car was suppose to be done yesterday then today at 12:00 and now tomorrow!! We are not happy. Do not ever use them for repairs. They also gave us a quote then said we needed more work and parts were needed!!! Be Aware! We feel as though we have been Hoodwinked. read more

Very impressed with Assured Collision's repairs to our 2001 Honda Civic with 102K miles. Front end (hood, bumper, AC condenser, radiator, lights) had sustained significant damage not covered by insurance. Choice was to repair or shop for another used car. After seeing high prices for used cars with more miles than ours, we decided to have it repaired by Assured. Jim the manager went over the figures, suggested ways to save $$, and gave time estimate for repairs. He advised getting aftermarket parts, not using junkyard parts. Took about 2.5 weeks (close to his time estimate) for complete repairs.Jim was always available for phone discussions as the work progressed. Our car now looks great (phenomenal paint job to match existing color) and runs very well! He only charged his estimated price even though there were other unforeseen minor repairs needed. I strongly suggest you contact them if your need collision repairs. Great quality and very trustworthy! read more

Assured Collision in Walpole Massachusetts are the most unprofessional and corrupt business I've ever had to deal with. Charging us 48 thousand dollars to tow a jeep stuck in mud!? Saying it took them six men! I'm sorry did you mean six little boys?! Not only did the police officers not believe that price, but some of assured's own employees came forward and told us they could not believe that number. And not only that they thought that the situation  could have been dealt with differently and that assured does not specialize in extracting off road vehicles. Must explain why they totaled the jeep in the process, broke the frame in half! Since Monday we've been asking for a detailed invoice detailing the costs and every time told us they didn't have one, so where did that number come from?! Were we paying for  Will Needle sr comedy hour making racial black "jokes" because my boyfriend was covered in mud?! This man who was KNOWINGLY trespassing on this private land with his son doing donuts in their companies side by sides having a grand ol time with young children as their passengers. We were arrested for trespassing yes, but the difference was that we UNKNOWINGLY trespassed on land that was NOT posted and all charges were dropped in court. And yes as this company loves to point out I did get a disorderly conduct charge because I spoke the truth about this company being thieves. I did not want in any way shape or form leave this company alone with our belongings inside that jeep. for a few years prior to this assured towed my mustang gt and EVERYTHING inside that car got stolen. And will needle sr responce? ''you got no proof" words spoken only by the guilty. I've heard many people making Complaints similar to mine about this company and their items being stolen. Not my problem  Will needle sr can not handle the truth spoken by a female speaking her mind when she feels slighted. And To top this whole incident off This company keeps hanging up on my boyfriend who's been VERY compliant through this whole ordeal. wont take any of his calls when we want to know two things 1.
