This is the second time in six weeks I had to call AAA for service. Today Nick showed up for a battery issue. Testing showed 70% life left. He cleaned up all the corrosion on the battery. They called my insurance as I drove out of the lot and the car was completed in less than 2 weeks. Not sure why their reviews aren't better but I used them today to undeck a heavy truck from a flatbed trailer. I called their office and they immediately sent Chris out to look at the job. He went back to their shop, got the correct tractor and Landoll combination and came right back. He was an exceptionally talented heavy truck operator and had an excellent attitude. I've been around heavy trucks since 1977 and I am very fussy. For me to be impressed means that he was really skilled and efficient. Assured's rate was a little higher than their competitors but it was money well spent. I plan to use them again in the future because of how well they did the job today. read more

Spider-Man (aka Matthew) swung-in on the most incredible and one of a kind piece of towing equipment that our eyes had ever seen just to "Jumpstart" my little car. But, it was soon clear that he was prepared to tackle ANY emergency that arose with the same finesse and detailed attentiveness of his namesake! He obligingly took a moment for us to snap a quick picture (thank you Peter Parker) and off he went to save another poor stranded soul! I was driving to pick my wife up from work a little before 8pm when one of your drivers in a flatbed with the license plate 9672 was one car behind me ran thru a red light. Hey we all ran a red light in our life's but was really got me is when we get to the next red light, I'm in the right lane and the tow truck was in the left. Now the left lane is a left turn only lane so the light turns green i started to drive forward when this person decided go forward and cut me off almost hitting my car with me an my two kids in the car. I started to hunk my horn an he just flipped me off speeding up the road. I have no respect for someone that puts other people lives at risk especially kids. read more

This morning, I was driving down the street and an Assured Collision Tow truck decided to park on the side of the road across the another vehicle. There was not enough room to comfortably get by and the driver saw that I didn't want to to pass. I told him there wasn't enough room and told him to move the truck. There were about 100 other places he could have parked or even pulled up 10 feet, which would have allowed room to pass. He in turn told me "Learn how to fucking drive." Just to be clear this wasn't at an accident or even a tow, the driver was at the top of the driveway no where near the truck and he left without towing anything, so he parked there out of shear laziness. This guy was representing a company and on a service call and he was completely unprofessional. There was also no way an emergency vehicle could have passed by. Way to go Assured. I'll be reporting this to AAA as well because I'm almost certain this was a AAA call out. read more

Price gauging at its finest! Picked up from the tow yard and there were more itemized charges on the bill than I could imagine. I understand hard times for businesses but creating unneccessary charges to the tune of $372.00 for something that spent less than 12 hours on your lot is a disgrace. Look elsewhere. read more

He diagnosed my car and it ended up being something that a dealership would have to take care of, so basically saved me from a step that would have costed me more time without my car. The guy doing the towing seriously made the whole thing worse - I think on purpose by pulling in the completely worst way possible on the car and caused extra damage to the side of the car. Terrible customer service, if you can even call it that. There really isn't any. The tow drivers are friendlier and more helpful. Called after work the night after an accident, they have no listed business hours. Got the run around because they contract out their phone operators, of whom have no idea their hours, services or what business it is. Wasted a good half an hour before a tow driver called back. Terrible way of doing business. When I go pick up my car after the tow, the cashier/receptionist is rude, not helpful, can't give you a minute if you have a question. "I'm super busy, I can't waste 5 minutes talking to you." Then she turns around and spends the next 10 minutes gossiping with the other lady. Really, so busy. Another time, needed to have car towed to somewhere else from their lot. There were 4 tow trucks and 3 drivers milling around outside. Paid the fee and paperwork is done. Then told I have to wait half an hour because they were no drivers... really?! I can see them outside. 10 minutes later, two of them leave. Another 5 minutes later, one of the trucks is brought into the shop for overnight garaging. The driver then goes and chats up the mechanic for a bit. Finally, at the 25 minute mark, that same chilling driver finally goes over to hook up my car. Super efficient service. If you need a tow, they'll fly to you for the business. Once you've paid, you're nothing in their eyes. read more

my brand new car was involved in an accident about 10 days after driving it off the lot. Assured Collision towed it to the shop and did the best job fixing it, you would never even know that I was hit so hard I was unable to open my drivers side door. it took some time because of COVID and the parts but they worked with my insurance company so well and the pick up process was so smooth and easy. my car looks good as new and has no issues. Thank you! Assured Collision picked me up after calling AAA for the first time when my almost-10-year-old car wouldn't start and offered to service it for me. Being new to the area, I was willing to give them a chance. I'm so glad I did! The car was ready in a few hours, and they took special care to ensure the after-market stereo on it was running afterwards. The dealership where I usually take it for service hasn't managed to get that to happen. It was a nice added touch. Will definitely return if ever I need any unscheduled maintenance, which I hope not to have again any time soon!! Might even make them my regular place for scheduled service, too. read more

This is a disgusting business. I took my fiat there after haven been in a minor accident my car didn't even get towed from the scene it was perfectly working but I decided to get it fixed anyways. I was told there would be no problem finding fiat parts and worst case scenario it would 2 weeks to fix it. Week one they were saying fiat parts are hard to find and it will take awhile which if I would of known that and they hadn't lied I would have taken it to fiat. I had never been in a accident and didn't know that 2 weeks to fix a car that was barely damaged was abnormally long. I waited those two weeks with not one call made to me, the owner. I called and was told only one headlight came in. Someone else called for me and they told them both came in but one was damaged. Aka lies. At three weeks we called and asked for the shipping number so we can track it ourselves because they had told us "they had no idea when my light was coming in until it came through the door"..bs. We tracked it and the day finally came they said it would only take less than a hour of assembly time.. I waited the whole day and finally got my car which was left with no gas in it. And TO REALIZE MY LIGHTS ARE EVEN CORRECT they are facing down! I couldn't see. AND THEY LEFT MY OLD LIGHTS IN MY TRUNK??THE TRASH! After over 3 weeks of them hogging my car they couldn't even check to see if what they did was correct?? I called and said I am coming in and you are fixing it, they said okay come. I arrived and gave my car to this utterly rude man and he said he would grab me after so I can watch my car being done. So I waited outside. AND THIS IS WHERE THE STORY TAKES A UNACCEPTABLE TURN. This business certainly is getting polar mixed reviews. Nature of the line of work maybe, although it's hard to disbelieve the torrent of horrible experiences. Fortunately, mine was very good. I was broken down on I-495 at rush hour. The tow driver, Adam, took a bit of time to get there but I guess some other emergency call intervened, no worries. He courteously, cheerfully, and professionally gave me a tow all the way to Falmouth. It cost a bit (to put it mildly!), but it was true to the published AAA rates, fair dues. My wife's car was towed from a lot in Norwood. We went to Assured Collision to pick up the car. it took over 30 minutes to present us with a bill. While waiting outside the office we had a conversation among ourselves where my wife said she was angry with the owners of the lot in Norwood who didn't post a sign indicating that they would tow cars. When presented with the charges of $245 to tow our car which included a labor charge, storage charge, mileage, gate fee, etc. he indicated that he would waive the $75 gate fee since we were from Medfield. I asked about the charges posted on his wall, which were different from what he had listed on the bill and he immediately crossed out the waived fee and angrily said "What did you say you saw?!" I replied, "Nothing" hoping it would end his intimidation and we could get back to the reduced price. He then insisted that we had to pay the full fee. We have a copy of the receipt with the gate fee waived and then crossed out. Update 10/29 Seems this company is finally getting exposed. They are in damage control and took down their Facebook and web page. What's next, Yelp? read more

They charged me $675 to jump my Toyota Corolla battery due to hazards of being in a bad neighborhood, never again! They told me that because of the location, and the time of night, that there were extra charges involved. I suspected that the driver was trying to make side money, however when I called the main office they were not helpful at all and accused me of making this up. Towed my Bronco a fear years back, driver asked me if he could bring it to their shop and they would give me a deal on the repair. They called me the next day and told me it was totaled and incurring storage charges l, when I got there there was more damage to the front suspension than when they had towed it.
