care is ok But the billing dept is horrible. 6 months after care they billed for an office vist $578 because the insurance co said the doctor wasn't the primary on the first visit, but she was, They kno wthey are wrong because they try to extort me for 1/2 the bill immediately after sending it out. I left 4 messages over 2 weeks in order to get a call back The Billing dept proceed to scream at me on the phone . Needless to say I'll never go back. read more

I have been a patient of Dr,Peralta's for 20 years. Her knowledge and professionalism while still making you feel like family far surpasses 99% of medical providers today. She genuinely cares for her patients. I have a lot of health issues and Dr.Peralta spearheads my care. I am blessed to have such an amazing woman as my primary care physician. Office is pleasant, staff is great and helpful. Wait times are quick to average on more busy times. Came to this office October of 2021 & saw Dr Michael Krico for vasovagal syncope, had a halter put on & had an EKG done. The doctor quit before my results came in therefore I never recieved them. I called and asked if Laura the other Dr can read my results they said no she has no openings for me. I paid my 100$ bill from the halter company itself & called them & asked for them to send my results so I can go to a new Dr. My results were never read to me at this office but some how they still bill me 130$. They send this bill every week for an entire year now. I spoke to Alex the "corperate manager" or whoever he is, he said he would fix it but never did. I spoke to the new office manager they said the only thing they can do is redo my test and still charge me. (No thanks) This office is ALL over the place and can't keep staff apparently. I found a new dr whos amazing- stay away from this place they will bill you for "no shows" when you don't even have an appt set. Now they get 1$ a month from me read more

The worse experience ever , staff is rude and disrespectful, they threaten to call the police just because they do not follow Health Plan protocols by sending the referral to appropriate Doctors when questioned they say you need to wait 7-10 days incredible how health plans still have them in their network. By far the worst office and company I've been to. Not only are you waiting for hours to be seen , the office barely knows what they are doing. The referral office, is even worse. This is the first time in my fifty years that I felt like my doctor listened to me and was fully invested in helping me. We'll see how the "helping" goes and I will update my review after my next appointment. I think the only downfall is the time you are waiting in the office. Once they took me back to my appointment room I waited FOREVER!! This doesn't help when you have white coat syndrome - all it did was raise my blood pressure why I sat and worried. She hides behind her staff and does not return messages left on the phone or the patient portal. She is curt and lacks bedside manner. The office is inefficient and I DO NOT recommend her. Good afternoon, my mother wait two months for an appointment with doctor peralta and finally she went today, it was important because she only has one kidney and her creatinine is very high....dr peralta didnt see here because my mother was wearing perfume... If I could give zero stars I would. Should've known this was a train wreck when I scheduled a Wellness visit, but upon arrival I was informed that first I must first establish care since I'm a new patient. That meant a SECOND appointment for a wellness visit would be needed (ie two copayments collected). Ridiculous waste of time. Facility itself was dirty and antiquated. This office treats patients differently, based on their insurance company. If you purchase insurance in the marketplace (Obamacare) they will not schedule an appointment for you, when you call for it, they get your phone number and ask you to wait for a call. They called back more than 10 days after and scheduled the appointment for 3 weeks after. On my way to their office there was a traffic jam in the highway, I called to notify them and asked if there would be a problem, they answered no. When I got to the office I apologized to the receptionist and asked if there was a problem; she said no, asked me for my DL and Insurance Card and gave me all the new patient forms to fill up. As I was doing this, 15 minutes later, she told me that the doctor would not be able to see me as she had other patients; amazingly, I was the only person in the waiting room at the time. read more

**BEWARE......NO NOT USE THIS PHYSICIAN**. I have never seen a physician treat patients so horribly. Dr. Laura Peralta is extremely rude and abrupt. Mocking a patient to their face because they were crying and upset is hardly acceptable behavior. Yelling out to her staff from her office "why is she here" is extremely unprofessional. Throwing her hands in the air and yelling for all to hear "I'm done with you" and then sarcastically saying "Have a nice weekend" is totally unacceptable. Telling a patient her staff is hungry and they need to go eat lunch is hardly something any patient wants to hear. How can you have any trust in a physician who behaves in this manner. To be honest, I was mortified to witness such behavior from someone who is supposed to be helping their patients. This is not a case of someone having a bad day, this atrocious behavior was directly witnessed over 3 separate visits. There is absolutely no justification for treating a patient in this manner. I wonder what the Department of Professional Regulation would think about this type of patient care. read more

Dr Peralta is ok. She doesn't seem to care very much about her patients. Her staff is horrible. You wait for hours to see dr Peralta, they never return the calls, your resuts will always get lost, and you are treaten very rudely. The girl at the front desk with curly hair had no customer service skills and did not know how to look up my insurance. I was measured with my heels on... for weight and height, how accurate could that be? Dr spent about 5 minutes with me. I felt like I wasted 2 hours of my day at this place.
