She was absolutely wonderful: professional, warm, and incredibly skilled. The entire experience felt elevated from start to finish. The atmosphere is top-tier -- modern, welcoming, and not at all clinical-feeling like some other places I've been. There was hardly any wait (a rare gem in healthcare these days), and the results? Better than expected. Truly. It feels like a work of art -- subtle, natural, but with a big impact. I've been to several cosmetic dermatology spots around Cincinnati, and Mona Dermatology is, without a doubt, at the top of the list. I wanted to like this place, but the whole experience from start to finish left a bad impression…read more First appointment as a new patient. I walked in and stood at the desk for a good ten seconds before the staff greeted me. I could hear them chit chatting about something that was clearly not a work conversation. The nurse called me back and she must have been having a bad day. She seemed really disgruntled and annoyed. I told her what I was there for - I'd mentioned two concerns when I set the appointment, but a couple more things had come up since setting the appointment about a month prior. The doctor came in and immediately told me she'd only treat me for two of my concerns today and I'd have to come back another day for my additional concerns. I was really taken aback as I've never had a doctor refuse to treat me because of time constraints. After the doc left the room in a hurry, I asked the nurse why I couldn't be treated for all of my concerns today. She told me the office scheduled me a 10 minute appointment for just one concern. I told her I had mentioned two concerns when I set up the appointment. She then told me that setting appointments is not her job. I felt snubbed. It seems to me that these folks are in the business to make money rather than to help people. Bad first impression, I won't return nor recommend them.
