The moonroof (panoramic glass) in my Buick was shattered from who knows what. I called every auto glass company in the book. Only the dealerships would even offer the service. Rather than listening to my concerns, he repeatedly tried to push his quoted price after I explained that I had found a better one elsewhere. He mocked me, was dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It seemed like he wasn't interested in understanding what I was saying or helping resolve the situation. Overall, it was a very unpleasant customer service experience.

Did the work while I waited, showed me the product he was using, and also gave me a lifetime warranty on the work. Since then, he has done 3 other vehicles for me. My brother then gave me the gift of tinting on my new 2011 Sonata in 2010. I still have the car and it looks as great as it did the day he completed the job. Great luck when we ran into each other in Marietta, GA a few years ago, just in time for my fiancee to have his 2014 STI Subaru tinted. Honest and friendly businessman who stands by his work and invests in only the best materials. Very competitive prices too with lifetime warranty. By the way, the store moved but has not closed. After a small chip turned into an 18 inch crack while travelling from N.C. to Atlanta GA, we…read morespent the drive to ATL calling every windshield replacement company in the metro area. Every one of them was unable to provide any services to us over the 3 days we were in town. This included the widely known Safelite, and they were only able to accommodate on our return trip through N.C. three days later. This meant we would be driving around all weekend with a huge windshield crack that would only potentially get worse. Super thanks to the team at Global Glass. Not only were they able to come to our hotel and get the windshield changed out in the parking garage, they also were half the cost of what Safelite was going to bill us and Global Glass was able to get the job done three days sooner. Thanks to Leon and his team, we didn't show up at Lenox Square with a busted windshield and the whole replacement process was only about an hour. Great customer service and thanks for your fast, professional and economical service!!! If anyone ever needs auto glass work, please call Global Glass first, you'll probably save big time and big $.

I called the business and didn't have the hassle of speaking to a silly automated AI machine, someone answered the phone and gave me the best service. I was allowed to come on the same day and get my windows tinted on my Tesla Model Y. When I pulled up the back garage of the business, the owners greeted me and instantly made me family. ;-) They ushered me to a very comfy waiting room with theater style seating and a television. Water, snacks and a clean sanitized restroom were provided. The wait wasn't long at all and employee, Alana gave me as well as the other customers the best friendly service you could get. Alana made us comfortable and explained to all customers how to care for the newly tinted windows and if we had any issues, to contact them. The service and pricing was very reasonable and frankly, I don't think it gets any better. Dias Window Tinting is located in Dallas, GA and it is definitely worth the travel for this service! Thank you Dias Window Tinting, YOU'RE THE BEST! Todd :-)
