Last Sunday, our car starter died at Costco Gas, so we had it towed to Nick's. They called first thing the next day, explained the issue, gave a clear estimate, and had us back on the road the same day. This week, we brought our other car in for an oil change. I called ahead and was told to bring it in whenever was convenient. I dropped it off at 8am and by 11am, they called to let us know the car was ready, with no issues after a full inspection. The price is always reasonable, and Nick and his team are truly great. Highly recommend supporting this local business and keeping them busy!

However, when I am in Newton and I am not sure about issues or repair costs, I call them up. I appreciate their downhome approach and rich knowledge. I highly recommend them for their honest, fair price, and top quality work.

Before I found Frank's years ago, State Inspection time was always a source of 'wonder'...wondering if the inspection was going to go like " Hey sir, I see one of your license plate screws is loose....I can fix it for $25 and you can be on your way". This does not happen at Frank's. Men, women, republicans, EVERYONE is treated with fairness and respect. They shifted all blame to the customer, they said they would make it right with a discounted price on the rears, I should have known after this first experience that this shop was not good but against better judgement I had them do the rear struts which also came out horrible im out thousands and my car drives just as bad as before I brought it to them. the icing on the cake is the careless person who put the old suspension in my trunk threw it on top of my engine cover and it snapped the corner, instead of telling me they glued it back together (which obviously didn't hold) and are completely dodging me after all this.
