Drs office has all the correct info. My brothers care coordinator even placed a call to this 3rd party biller to update info. So, again today my brother was being harassed by the drs office about this bill. I took it upon myself to call, I got Lauire on the phone and asked what the issue was. She proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. she also stated that she did not have the medicaid info. I then asked how is that possible when the CC called and updated and he has to confirm insurance at every visit. She started yelling and speaking to me with complete disrespect. she is condescending, rude and completely unprofessional. I would not employ this 3rd party for any of your billing needs.

Then, all of a sudden, Mona Ruback, the owner, sent me this letter indicating that her company was terminating the agreement. She did not let me know ahead of time that she was planning to do this, nor did she offer me a transition period, that would allow me to continue having her company process my bills while I made arrangements to secure the services of another company. She also did not agree to finish processing the pending bills. She simply dumped me. In some circles, that would be called abandoning the client. I do not know the ethical standards of her profession, but I would imagine that most of her colleagues would not agree with how she treated me. A particularly striking aspect of her action was her lack of concern and total absence of compassion about my situation. Her actions are still having an impact on me, several months later. I have not been able to secure the services of another company that would fit my needs, and have lost amounts of money that have gone uncollected, and referrals that I have not been able to accept because I do not have anybody to process the bills.

SERVPRO of East Brunswick/Princeton Meadows - This is how they leave your fridge

Less a star for the letter that we just received regarding "DEMAND FOR PAYMENT" due the next day for over $13K? Wow, that was a bit startling, to say the least. This should have stayed between the insurance company and SERVPRO before involving the customer in such a way. And the lie that they sent a ton of emails were just untrue. It was clarified that there was no error on our part, but lack of communication between the insurance co and SERVPRO, but had you'd actually sent the emails that you claimed you did, threats of collection would have been deemed unnecessary. Kudos to your actual cleaners, boo to your accounts receivable dept.

We had a fire at our house, and the first step was to hire a restoration/cleaning company like…read moreServpro. About 20 people left their card at my house after the fire, and after meeting with salesperson Felix, we were sold. I can't even blame this on the salesman, because he was nice, understanding, explained in detail what was going to happen, etc. The problem is clearly upper management. I was told that the fire damage would be remediated, unsalvageable goods would be documented in detail, all surfaces would be cleaned and encapsulated, etc. What did I get? Well, first, that "inventory" was basically a bunch of low quality photos of stuff thrown on my deck. All surfaces "cleaned" meant leaving my refrigerator smelling like rotten food, dirty floors, etc. Remediation fire damage meant putting 3 holes in my ceiling from removing insulation in the attic (5' clearance). Mark, the supervisor, sounded like he was doing the best he can, but when I ask about coming back to clean the fridge he needs to "check with management". I never got a call back. During the job I was told things like "this is taking too long", which is probably why the "detailed inventory" was a multi page pdf of illegible content. Moral of this story - there are many other options of restoration services out there, please pass on Servpro and save yourself the stress through an already stressful disaster. Now, if you decide to pass on my suggestion, then ABSOLUTELY take this next one. When they offer you their Reconstruction services, YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED! I made the mistake of entertaining this idea, as it seemed convenient. I liked the idea they would be familiar and they told me they would do a free estimate since i was already working with servpro. Same company right? WRONG. You know, one of these other fire restoration contractors made a good point to me. He was a contractor, servpro is restoration. He said he wouldn't go into restoration just because he's already doing construction because he already has his specialty. Well, servpro has gone into construction to just grab a larger share of this market (this market being helping with people's disasters). Bottom line, after evaluating my negative experience with the restoration among other areas within the estimate, I couldn't bring myself to work with this company. Then when it came down to part ways and I am citing all the promises that were not fultilled, then (and I quote) "the restoration division is completely separate from reconstruction" and now "I never told you I would give you a free estimate" (cue recorded phone call) and also my negative experience is "the cost of doing business". This is likely the longest review I have ever written, and rightfully so because you as a prospective customer deserve to be navigated properly as I wish I was. In the end, hard pass.

Krystal - I appreciate you responding back but, it is truly disappointing to see that nothing has…read morechanged in terms of Too Green taking ownership of their failure to completely deliver a direct service we paid for. There are some major discrepancies with your response below. Please find them listed here: 1) My name is Andrew, Nicki's husband and our services were rendered on June 29th not the 22nd. If you had taken time to truly review my complaint and looked into our case, you would've seen that 2) There was barely any real effort in making this right. We asked to speak to a manager/supervisor the day after the services were rendered. As of now, we still have not heard back from one despite being told we would've at the beginning of this week 3) Your "satisfaction guarantee" that was offered the same day as the services that were rendered was just a 10% discount on the next cleaning... I think we can all agree that means nothing. It wasn't until the next day that someone had offered to have someone come back to do further cleanings.... but at your company's availability. The date proposed to us did not work as we were in the midst of moving into our house and had to clean a good bit of the large portioned missed in Too Green's cleaning ourselves. Had you offered this right away on the first day, it may have changed the narrative. 4) A "vast majority" of the cleaning was NOT completed. Please stop saying it was. I find it mind boggling how you could tell me how much of the cleaning was done without so much as stepping foot into our house. We live here, we know how much of the cleaning we paid for was done... AT MOST it was 50%. I have attached a number of photos, but it doesn't mean that these photos alone is an exhaustive list of everything that was not fully cleaned. I would hope I didn't have to go around and photograph every nook and cranny and that your company would trust us after a few example photos. 5) No one is expecting anything to be restored to new condition. We just expect to have the things we paid for cleaned well. 6) The 10% discount was offered prior to the re-clean. It wasn't until a good bit of back and forth were we offered the re-clean. We have the text receipts if you want us to post it here Please do better. I understand that other folks might have had good experiences with their cleaners from Too Green, but it doesn't make our case any less valid.

Avoid this complaint fully. Very dishonest no professionalism in operating. Booked for Sat 11th…read more9am; 2-3 days before suddenly asks to change schedule to Tuesday 14th. When I say cancel and refund money if you cannot do on accepted date time slot then schedules work for Sat 11th 5.30 pm. As I type this review, the assigned cleaner hasn't even turned up or called in. It is now 5.40 pm. This kind of fraud businesses shouldn't even be allowed to operate on Yelp. Total cheat fraud business who doesn't have actual any employees, just runs some shady cleaning services based on random workers who may or may not show up. If I don't get my money back am for sure going to sue this business for malpractice. Update [03/13] : the assigned person arrived around 5.45 pm on 03/11 and tried to do as much possible till 9.15pm but clearly she was already exhausted from full day work and none of expected cleaning was done. She didn't have the right tools and equipment even. However she was very nice to say she would come back next day fresh at 10.30 am to do it properly. On 03/12 the lady did come back as promised and very much improved on the work and did significant cleaning up from the prior days under performance work. Am attaching pic to just illustrate the the state of things at the end of "official" day work to show how bad it was. Am re-scoring to 3 stars from a prior 1 star just because the cleaning lady was super nice to come back on a fresh mind and actually do the work a second day. But in true essence the company is very unethical in sending 1 person to do a 1700 sq ft cleaning after charging almost $400 for it. Even now I again have to go and do final touch up cleaning !!! Would advise all people looking for cleaning, if you are spending $400 make sure you will get atleast 2 people to come do the job otherwise it's a rip off. Just hire cheaper people off Craigslist for $150 a person. This company doesn't have any employees seems like they just sub contract to freelancers and keep 60-70% of the money for themselves. Unethical for consumers as well as those they subcontract it to. Still can't believe it they sent 1 person to clean 1700 sq ft place in 3 hrs for move out cleaning , appliances cleaning , bathroom water scum cleaning...makes no sense at all.
